I have been here a few times with adults only and have always had a blast. This time I decided to bring my kids and try the Kids Play Free all summer. I am very impressed and amazed by the customer service and professionalism from all the employees. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was 5 stars. From the moment I checked in to when we needed to add a few more people to our bowling lane to assisting my kids with loading their fun cards. She had a smile the entire time. Thank you Amanda for your patience. Michael also did an amazing job by explaining the whole program and what to expect on each visit. Not only did we bowl but we also had lunch as well. Went there today right around 12:15. We did get seated pretty fast after I went up to the bowling attendant and asked her where to go. She seemed annoyed and bothered by me asking. We have never been there and we're hungry so went over to where she threw her hand to get a table. There weren't many people seated other than 2 tables so I didn't expect to wait 10 mins for someone to acknowledge us. Our waiter Randy was very nice but it seems he was overwhelmed as getting refills was only asked at the end of our meal. The food is not very good. The kids pizza seemed to not even have sauce. Only cool thing was getting a $5 arcade card with the kids meal which was enough for 2 games. I will try it again since they do have a very large arcade and hopefully it will be better. read more

Great place to watch your favorite sports team, have a beer and hang with friends. Food: The food is pretty solid for bar food. Me and my friends love to grab the Buffalo Chicken Dip and a burger. They have a wide selection of beers on tap so there is something for everyone and their burgers always satisfy. You also have the choice to build your own if absolutely nothing is hitting the spot. Atmosphere: This is place is like Dave and Busters but way better. The room that they have dedicated to sports games is huge and has a lot of space for talking, walking and hanging out. Its also right next to the kitchen so food comes out pretty quickly. There is also a bowling alley and full arcade, so anticipate lots of noise and folks everywhere. They do offer private events in a private space. Customer Service: Service here overall has been pretty good. We haven't had a bad server, but we have run into a few instances where our order was wrong and had to be remade, but the staff was always quick to take care of it and very apologetic. Shout out to the receptionist who seated my family in a timely manner this past Monday during the Monday night football Eagles game. The table was clean prior to sitting even though the table appeared clean, which I appreciate it. Especially to our waiter Destiny. Who greeted us with a smile throughout the whole evening. She probably provided our drinks and appetizers. Destiny checked up on this from time to time. Big Al's wings, buffalo and chipotle were really good, and my family enjoyed the pizza. Ok let me start with this! I'm a big water drinker and I was with my son and other kids so I wasn't drinking alcohol. So I ordered water. The guy literally brings a pitcher of water with no ice in it and gives us plastic cups. Not only is the water not cold, we have to pour the damn water ourselves. I really couldn't believe they served me a pitcher of room temperature water with no ice. Then to throw some salt in the wound, a lady pushes a cart by our table with 3 huge buckets of ice to take to the bar in the middle of the restaurant. I literally just started laughing to myself! The only other negatives were the fact they served us our food with no silverware on the table and my friend's fish n chips weren't really good because they were fish sticks and not fish filets. Besides the mind blowing water incident, the place is still pretty cool. The rest of our food was pretty good and the whole location is very clean. The arcade provided good entertainment for my son and his friends. The smallest details mean the most to me so sorry to the location manager or whoever reads this but the water thing really, really bugged me! read more

Pretty large establishment that holds a lot of people to do different things. Bowling, arcade, billiards, darts, shuffle board, HUGE TV room for sports, and more. It will take a while to get a drink at the bar if it's crowded. Prices are a bit high but I can see why. They have a lot going on. It was good time-filler because we had a long wait for TopGolf so I'm assuming a lot of people who were there were doing the same. This is a perfect place for birthday parties though so I see how it can be great for that. read more

I've been to Big Al's several times over the years & never had a complaint till now. I still love the big screens to watch sporting events but the service sucks now. First they did not open till 12pm when the NFC Championship started at 12pm. Customers want to be seated & served by the time the game starts. Should've opened by at least 11:30am. Second, once we were seated nobody came around to ask us what we wanted to order for 15-20 minutes. Third, our waitress was switched & she didn't even know she had our table till I flagged an employee down to let them know we haven't been attended in 30+ minutes. The lack of communication between staff is horrible now. Management should be fired for the amount of money people spend their & how bad service is now. Sadly I'll never return again. Hope the owner or owners see this review. Something has to change. One last thing, why the fuk are you allowing kids birthday parties at the bar area now? ‍ read more

Attended my daughter's classmate 8th BDay party in the arcade area . It's a big arcade with many varieties of games. From race cars, target shooting and the nostalgia Pac-Man. Arcade store had great selection of gifts kids can trade . In the arcade area for kids birthday in the corner open room there are bench / table chairs style seatings . With a table set up for food pizza, wings and drinks . The server were serving kid pizza slices / drinks while kids were seated. The arcade is a few feet across from the open bar in the center of the venue. HubbY and I had a few drinks and appetizers while we kept an eye on my daughter inside the arcade. I ordered virgin margarita and hubby had snake bite . We had the appetizer (10 wings )are hot crispy we opted a choice of BBQ and Parmesan garlic dry rub . Hubby stated he would like more a garlic taste since the wings offered Parmesan/ garlic. I liked the dry rub bbq. Had great crunchy flavors. Our bartender brought over some BBQ sauce (we didn't like the sauce flavor) The crispy pork belly were not crispy at all. The skin were more gummy, chewy and the meat were tough to bite. The triangle cut of the pork belly were hard to bite down on, the pork-belly were think and we both had to chomp down much harder to tear the flesh to a bite size piece. (I would suggest to the cook to slice the pork belly in to medium thin strips , easier to eat and chew . Have the sauce on the side to dip in . Not add the sauce on the pork skin which prevent the skin from being crispy, with out the sauce the skin will be crispy -just marinate the pork belly with salt, garlic powder and black pepper broil to crisp the skin. Then sliced to serve ( just my opinion ) Hubby liked the cabbage slaw that came with the pork belly and the corn bread. I personally didn't like the strong hint of curry smell in the slaw and I didn't care for the hard dry and brittle corn bread . Overall our bartender were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The venue itself is great for group / company parties . Good for school age kids parties in the arcade or bowling area. Families can enjoy dinner at one of their sit down room with another bar in the center and surrounded by huge television to catch up on your favorite sport teams. Naaaaaaaaaaaaah. Didn't really care for this place. It was too packed for my liking and seems overrated. Wait times for stuff like bowling took up to around 4 1/2 years but then again they never called us so bleh. Bathrooms were dirty, floors were sticky, and employees seemed to not give a fuuuck! Big Als is a great place for parties and families . We had a group of 11 at Approx 5pm and easily got 2 bowling lanes. With shoe rental it was about $12 a person . More people started coming after 6p and I saw there was a waiting list for the lanes. My advice is to choose your time wisely. We didn't have any food , burgers were priced at $16 so we chose to eat elsewhere. The kids played arcade games for about an hour and really enjoyed their selves. Bowling was fun. All the balls were really greasy , not sure if that's normal or people's hand oils . The shoes seemed clean enough. They will give you new socks if you need a pair. That was nice. Big Al's: The experience at the arcade managed by Andrew Gomez the manager was unsatisfactory it was such a joke. The jackpot 1000 points was hit 5 times and when we checked the card it had 0 points! He was able to tell my son had plaid that came 39 times! Yet the card had 0 points! He said I don't have the maintenance guy here today! The service provided was deemed inadequate as the issue with points was not resolved, resulting in a disappointing visit. The overall impression of the arcade was negatively impacted, leaving a my child upset. It is recommended that the management address such concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. read more

Pizza was a decent size but coming in at $28 for two toppings. Games for kids are a plus but don't expect any service at the counter. Two people standing there and you just get sent to the kiosk. From the employees at checking, the employees taking our appetizer order to the employees delivering food. Everyone was happy. They were all smiling and very attentive. The food was delicious. Came on a Saturday night and we had about a 45 min wait for bowling which wasn't bad. We decided to play games while we waited and it went by fast. Some of the games were broken when we went which sucked but it didn't bother us to much. Bowling was fun, started off rocky because a bowling ball was stuck from a previous person and when I brought it to the attention of the workers 2 separate times they still didn't come to fix it which sucked. We were on a time limit so I took matters into my own hands and used another bowling ball to push the other one. This was our first time at Big Al's and it was Absolute worst experience!!! We went for my birthday and reserved a VIP lounge for party of 6. When we got to our lane the table was full of trash, glasses and food from the party before. trash all over the floor and soda, we had to wait for someone to come clean it. Our bumpers wouldn't go down. We waited over an hour for someone to fix it. Instead our lane broke down and they moved us, 20 min later the next lane broke down and had to be moved again. We waited over an hour for our drinks to be served, we ordered over 300 dollars worth of drinks through the night and had to go to the bar to chase them down ourselves. When we closed our tab out there was 3 extra beers in there that we didn't order. They refused to remove them. To top it off the bathroom was so dirty. NO seat covers or toilet paper in most stalls. Trash cans over flowing onto the floor. Worst experience I've had! If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did she NOT even greet us, she was quick to ask us if we wanted to open a tab, then left us ordering. Got up to place an order with her, but she never comes back or acknowledges us. I went to this establishment with a few friends on a Tuesday night , we split the ticket and I tipped the waitress CASH She then proceeds to STEAL 25$ from me and give her self a TIP WITH MY CARD! She felt so comfortable to do so, makes me wonder how many times she has done this and probably gotten away with it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT SOMEONE STEALING FROM YOU.
