Children in costume walked past lots of cars that had their trunks opened. Each car had a different theme with costume volunteers to match. They even have outdoor games like checkers, chess, and ping-pong tables, making it a nice place to spend some time beyond shopping. As of July, stores include Valentino, AllSaints, Tumi, Thom Browne, Lululemon, The North Face, Zadig & Voltaire, and more. Every employee we spoke with was genuinely friendly and seemed happy to be there. Even the security guards smiled as we walked by. If you're looking for a nice, leisurely stroll while browsing luxury brands in a relaxed atmosphere, this is a great place to visit. Choose your pick - There is certainly something for everyone here~! Business hours vary from store to store since it is not a mall. Maxx, Marshalls, Dallas BBQ, Chipotle, Panera, Iron Age Korean Steakhouse, Champion Pizza, and Teriyaki One. Majority of these businesses are chain. I came here specifically for bubble tea at Gong Cha which is a small indoor kiosk. This site was the former department store Alexander's. With my family, I had previously shopped at Alexander's back in the day. Ah, nostalgia brew. There is a free parking lot and a two (2) hour metered parking lot available. It is very accessible via MTA NYC Transit buses: Q38, Q59, Q88, Q60, Q72. NYC subway M, R train at 63rd Drive - Rego Park station where Rego Center intersects Junction Boulevard and 97th Street in Queens, NYC.

It's a very interesting concept. Discount clothing mixed with a grocery store. I know a lot of…read morecompanies do this, but this place has all the clothing discounted. They have name brand clothing at a cheap price. A lot of the clothing has been damaged or opened, but I'm sure you can find somethings still new. They are also very organized. I was impressed with how much they pay attention to detail. The food in the store is priced well too. They offer a lot of choices in drinks and meats. If I lived around this area I would shop here before I went home. They have registers everywhere so you don't have to wait long. The only negatives are, the Isles are tight. If you have a shopping cart and you going one direction and some else is coming to you, someone has to back up and make space. It's not very clean, the place could benefit from a mop every night. The building also needs to be modernized. If a business wants to grow, it has to grow with the times. Renovation is part of growth, hopefully they understand that. If I'm ever in town again I would stop in and see what's new. I just hope the next time I come, it's a brand new remodeled store.
