The beer selection was great and they even have their own special brew. The bartender was very gracious, masterfully dealing with the crowded bar filled with locals and us. At the end, he even brought us the house specialty of a home brewed sweet liquor. Very nice touch.

Agree with the other reviewers that it's a tight fit, however people are generally accommodating and nice here. It's just got that good feel. Watch out for the buffalo grass vodka. They have a SOLID often-changing draft beer selection and they are the only place you can get de hemel "rooie tip top" which is a can't miss. Food is lekker also.
