Ok so don't be shy. Right next door to what appears to be a sort of risky table dancing cabaret place, exists this pretty decent dive bar. This isn't the type of bar to have loud voices pouring over the conversation you are having. It's like a place to sit back, relax and enjoy a few beers with your friends. The bar tender is sweet and very friendly. Decor-wise it has little ceiling painting of angels enjoying their beers which adds an overall good touch to this place. Mirrors line the outer bar to give this place the feeling of a larger place inside. Add to that, this place's cheery music selection and you get a great vibe. Oddly enough for a place who's name means beer heaven there aren't too many beers on tap (Augustiner Lager and ... something else). Other than that it's mostly hard liquor composing of your standard Jim, Jack and of course Johnny. Totally matches the scene though but not a skevey place either. I would return. read more
