I just had to write a nasty letter to the #Rossmann company. I went to our local store in Solln…read moreand paid with a 50 Euro bill. The cashier gives me change back as if I'd paid with a 10. The bills don't even LOOK REMOTELY the same!! They're different colors AND different sizes. Very long story short, 3 of the RUDEST women counted the drawer in a back room somewhere, far from prying eyes, and then come back with a paper that's supposed to prove that the drawer was square. As IF! I asked to see the camera footage. That turned into threatening to call the Polizei, which I welcomed...Didn't happen. In the end, I was getting to a place where I was 99% sure I was about to go to German prison, so I just asked for my original receipt back. That too turned into a full on pissing contest. I will NEVER dropped another cent in a #ROSSMANN store again!!!!!!!!!! I'm sick to death of the people in this town. If they could be any RUDER, they would. I have never been treated so ridiculously in my life. I wish I knew more people here. I'd start a whole #boycottrossmann movement! Me & my mom are out 40 Euros. Nothing will get done, you'll see, because customer SERVICE is a NON ENTITY here. There is none. Period.
