After a predictably horrendous experience at 'Bike and Forth' further East on Danforth, I came to…read moreByron Bikes, which is where I should have come in the first place. Needing a replacement handlebar post for an obscure and probably bad knockoff of a Rad e-bike, the work was done very quickly and a good price - plus he's an interesting and funny guy to talk to. This is where I will be going from now on. Even if it weren't so close by, I would go out of my way to go to Byron Bikes. Oh, and don't even think of going to 'Bike and Forth'... unnless you like witnessing verbal abuse and big drama.

I purchased a Emmo knight with aparently brand new sealed Lead Acid batteries, I asked him precisly…read moreif the batteries would take me to Kipling and Lakeshore he told me yes!!! so from Danforth Avenue to dundas and river is roughly 9 kms, the bike never even made it to broadview and danforth, which is 3 kms away, when i picked up thre bike the batteries were fully charges as it shouwed on the display, when i called him and told him that idt died and where he told me you bought the bike its your problem now, when i took the bike to AZ source where i live i found out that the batteries were old, they would not hold a charge, so afterr paying 240 for a tow truck to my home, and another 950 for batteries and $1800 for the bike i thought that i had a decent bike now, then while riding it the controller blew SMH was told the bike had the so 3 days and over 3000 dollars i still have no bike because he refuses to do anything, Now i had to sell the bike for 800 because the controller needed replacing dont buy from this guy he does not care about his customers

I visited epic cycles a couple weeks ago to test ride a few E-bikes I called in advanced to see if…read morethey were opened on Saturdays. The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. P.s I can't wait to get a black low step metro :)

Cj is a nice guy and is good at repairs but I personally have a bad experience at this shop. I…read moreusually would never leave bad reviews but I had to. When I went to the shop he quoted me $120 to change the stem on the scooter also to put the bearing.I also agree on the extra $35 to fix the brakes. Kukirin Canada lied to me and Cj that this scooter doesn't require a bearing but it actually needs one or the scooter is not rideable. Cj agreed to fix everything for $165 but he charged me additional $50 which I didn't approve because it was for no reason. He also refused to send me the receipt for the repairs as I need to sent it to kukirin. After 1 month the scooter broke again like this, I think it's because there was a metal hole drilled on the side. I know Cj and kukirin are friends and now they refused to send me the replacement parts. I tried calling Cj and emailing also and they are not responding. https://www.facebook.com/p/KuKirin-Scooter-Canada-Kugoo-Kirin-100094716665115/ I got the scooter on this website. The g2 and g4 models have a stem issues. Please don't get these scooters as the metal breaks easily. If you can help please leave a bad review on the kukirin Canada website on Facebook. If you have any questions or concerns my phone number is 647-785-4288 so I can send links and pictures for proof. If you have small repairs go to kb shops at Kennedy and Steeles for like repairing tires, brakes, battery charging. It is much cheaper.
