I moved to the area recently and not knowing of any salons, I picked biche beauty for a waxing treatment as it was centrally located and they were accommodating enough to fit me in on the same day that I called. I was not to be disappointed either. All of the staff who work here are so friendly and flexible. The attention to detail in the treatments as well as the advice they give is fantastic. You are welcomed to numerous cups of tea, treats and chats from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave. I would definitely recommend.. By far the best beauty salon I've ever been to! Paid £30 for acrylic nails, too much acrylic powder used and nails are thick, murky, unsightly and rough surface (excess acrylic not sufficiently filed down). Had them done Friday last week, now Wednesday and two have snapped off, one is incredibly painful as has taken some of my natural nail with it. Awaiting response from salon and will update when I hear from them. Regardless of response I would definitely not return to Biche for nail treatments. Hopi Candles good but wouldn't return to Biche for these alone due to the poor quality acrylics. read more

I have had many treatments at Biche beauty and never had a problem, I have had hot wax, slim & tone, facials, pedicures and manicures however only on my own nails as I don't need false nails. The staff are fantastic, the only problem I ever had was when I was asked if a trainee could do a french manicure, it wasn't to their normal standard and this was dealt with very professional and satisfactorily by the management. Biche Beauty was highly recommended to me and I can say I have never been disappointed. I go regularly for a back and neck massage. I have always found the service excellent and the staff very courteous, pleasant and professional. Been coming here for over a year now and thought it about time i put a review on! It's a lovely place with a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and professional and the prices are reasonable. I primarily get waxing done and the girls are the best. I'm a wimp when it comes to pain but their wax is high quality chocolate wax which really helps. Would highly recommend a visit. read more

I drive from Chelmsford in Essex to Maidstone every 6 weeks for beauty treatments. I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else for my treatments. The staff are so professional, the atmosphere is friendly and the value for money is great. I popped into Biche Beauty by chance a few months ago to see if they could fit me in for some acrylic nails. I was very pleased with the job and now go monthly to have my nails done and for waxing, which they have been great at. The salon has a really nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Absolutely love this place! Alice and all the staff there are really lovely, kind and considerate and really make you feel at home. I've had numerous treatments in here over the last year, ranging from a pedicure to body wraps, body scrubs and waxing. Been having waxing, facials and sunbed sessions at this place for over 3 years and I have got to say this is the best salon I have been to. It's clean, well run and the staff are very friendly. The sunbed is the most powerful in town and it's very reasonably priced. read more
