My question that was important to me was if I could deposit money into the cd without getting penalized and I was reassured that I could. So without saying I went to deposit a check today and I was told "No I would get penalized". The loan officer we initially were working with literally just sat on our file for weeks, not getting anything done, not answering our calls, texts, emails, etc. He was then let go. At that time the regional sales manager got involved and reassured us he'd be on top of it, as well as the new loan officer our file was assigned to. Not surprisingly, neither the manager or the loan officer have ever been available to answer calls, texts, or emails. This entire office is garbage, seriously lacking basic customers service skills, zero sense of urgency, and flat out lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE looking to buy a home even if someone offered to pay me to!!!!
