In 1933 Alfonso Bialetti was an engineer who acquired the invention for the Moka Express coffeemaker. The Bialetta stove top version is a very easy way to prepare delicious espresso. There is also an electric version of the Moka and even an electric travel-version of the Moka that also percolates (which I own and love!) The coffee makers are easy to use and come in an aluminum or stainless version (which I prefer to use.). They are an affordable way to make good-quality espresso. They do not require much storage space. The Bialetti store carries many sizes and colors of the the Moka Pot. They also sell Bialetti cookware and bakeware. The cookware and bakeware, however, is mediocre quality. The store was a little messy but they have a great assortment of Moka pots to select from...enjoy your espresso! www.bialettishop.com read more
