I get our high speed internet from this company. I have it in 3 of my properties and I am nothing…read morebut happy with it. It works faster then what is available anywhere in the area. Each location runs around 50-60 mpbs. It cost about $500 per location to hook up and I pay about $107 a month. Cheaper and faster then most major cities offerings. This town it serves is 60 miles from any place you might of heard of but still great product and great service. Their power rates are a bit high bit it is in California so figure always high in this state. All and all far better then anything I have to deal with both rural or in major cities. Even after a major storm and some lines got dropped due to high winds they got us back ip and going in next to no time.

Both companies are located in Plumas County on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Similar to the 1930s when rural Americans lived without electricity, many rural families were without television 50 years later, relying on radio and newsprint as their primary source of information for news, weather forecasts, and entertainment. Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications began offering C-Band satellite TV service to rural customers in underserved communities in 1987. As technology advanced, PST provided DIRECTV satellite television service to local communities from 1994 until 2011 through its partnership with NRTC.

Would give 10 stars if I could!…read more Professional with prompt correspondence and use of convenient electronic document and payment options. Most importantly, did not try to upsell any additional services. Can't comment on pricing as first impression was so great, I didn't feel the need to shop around. I found the price reasonable, affordable, and in my personal budget. As a seasoned homeowner, I know the importance of matching price and value. And this was spot on! (No pun intended) Thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions and concerns. Zach explained the processes of leak detection, showed us where the leak was, and how it would be fixed. He also addressed and fixed other leaky and poorly flowing fixtures inside the house, walking me through how to fix them if they become an issue again. After the job was complete, everything was left clean and in better condition than when the job began! Zach cleared roots that had intruded into my water meter box, and sealed around an outdoor water spigot. I have already recommended HotSpot to coworkers and shared info with the neighborhood group chat. Thank you Zach and Amanda and look forward to using you again (bc large trees in old neighborhoods guarantee leaks every few years and I don't know how to fix anything around the house) Thank you sooo much again!

Our rental property had a mainline leak and Zach was able to diagnose and fixed it. I called…read moremultiple places to get a quote and Hot Spot Leak Detection was the most affordable. From customer service with Amanda to getting the work done with Zach was a great experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and will keep them in contact. Thank you so much Amanda and Zach.
