Dan Gonen is also well-connected in the community! After closing on our Tempe home in May 2025, we had lunch at Grassroots in Scottsdale near the title company's office (great food btw!). A handful of people came up to say hello to Dan during that hour timeframe - they were all so happy to see Dan. And his connections continue in the trade professions, as well! So when you're purchasing or selling a home and you need to do some remodeling, he can share contacts of experts in the cleaning, flooring, painting, cabinet refacing, tiling, and all things residential fixing. Most importantly, Dan genuinely cares about ensuring you're getting the best deal AND that you're happy when it comes to closing time. His negotiation and communication skills are second to none and he's not afraid to think outside of the box!

He wouldn't call us back when he said he would, and kept prolonging the process way more than he needed to. We were very fortunate in finding another agent who treated us with the respect we deserved. I would never recommend him to anyone

We loved her because she is not pushy at all. She has great advice and recommendations, she really listened to our wants and needs in a home, and she supported every decision we decided to make. We started off looking at new builds and she was happy to show them to us, and after almost a month of that, we decided to look at listings and she jumped right on board. She is so adaptable (literally changed the cities we were interested in like 4 times) and levelheaded, and was the one to keep our hopes up when we were getting discouraged in this crazy market!! She KNEW we would find the perfect home, and we DID! Our journey started back in May 2021 and on the last day of August 2021, we closed on the perfect home for us. Although over those months we put in almost 8 offers, I can't imagine having any of our first offers accepted because our home today is better than what we could imagine (would you believe our house is almost identical to the new build we really liked?) I can't recommend Jessica enough. She'll definitely be the one we go to when it's time to buy another or sell this one down the road.
