I'm nonetheless very happy with Axia for I always get the haircut I want, not 1cm less or more. That's how they gained my trust. When I go now I either ask for "the usual" or for something different off the mind of the hairdresser and I'm never disappointed.

Mind you, she had given me a set price of $195 before all that happened. Well, I rescheduled for next week and when it was time to pay she charged me $215!!! It should have been $155 in total with the set price she gave me minus the $40 discount. I showed her the messages where she told me $195 and then the $40 discount she included. She said she can not give me that discount! I was very UPSET! In addition, I was ready to pay with my credit card, when she said "we don't accept cards, we only do cash. Did nobody tell you?" I obviously said "No, nobody told me" she made me walk to a gas station and take money out of an ATM. The place it's self was very dirty! However, it looked like they were going to start to remodel. Good for them! The area was more on the ghetto. The two sisters are 22 and 24, they seem to have experience, however they are not professional nor educated. Their presentation of both of them were very disappointing. One came 10 minutes late with her hair in a messy bun like she had just gotten out of bed. They also left my forehead stained with hair dye!!!!! They did not bother to clean up their mess! Unbelievable!
