Jason started out all well but faulted very quickly. He did get my site moved to another host but…read moreit took over a month when he said it would only take a few days. He was asked to update the entire site and when he tried something broke. He had to go back to the outdated backup which was risky. He said he knew what was wrong and would fix it within a few days. After 2 months nothing was fixed or updated. Emails to him remained un answered and finally after another month of waiting I have now started to find another website manager developer. Either he is too busy or does not have the skill to get the job done. At any rate he did very little for me and did not respond to my emails. I must move on.

Jason missed multiple deadlines and rarely communicated detailed updates to us, despite multiple attempts to contact him via email and phone. Finally, our Marketing Department asked him to come in person the week of November 2 to discuss the challenges with the project. He promised to have our site ready by November 20 but required a 25% progress payment. A month later, nothing had been completed and no progress was made. As the PM on the account, I sent multiple emails and made several calls requesting an update. My supervisors, Executives of the Company, even called and did not get a response. He responded via email on December 17 that he had been sick since Thanksgiving. Fair enough, but if you were employed and you were sick you would certainly let your employer know instead of going in the dark. If you did that to an employer, you'd be FIRED! We wish there was some way we could get a partial refund. We feel like we were taken advantage of in this situation. We're having to completely redo the site because the quality of the design and development was so poor.
