I was not initially planning on getting a lawyer involved but the situation escalated, so I set up a consult at PIL which went really well. I have not had to use a lawyer in ages, and I had pretty low expectations...but the process was really upbeat and smooth. Once we got things in motion, I did not have to follow up ONCE. They handled everything with the same professionalism I deliver in my own line of work (logistics). PIL kept me updated without having to chase them, a huge pet peeve. Great experience, despite the circumstances which led me there. Easy 5 stars for making my life a lot easier and getting this dealt with.

I can't even begin to…read morestart to tell you how amazing, kind , conscientious, non-scheister-y and, well....how non--lawyer-y, this Attorney is. I was really scared when I got hit by a car and my ankle was broken. Also, I felt super bad about the thought of "suing" someone. I thought that was something that people who were trying to get away something. Thank goodness my boyfriend said "you've got to get a lawyer and another good friend--reccommended Edith highly. Thank God I didn't go to one of those awful companies (you know the one on the tv ad) as a friend had an awful, impersonal experience with them. From the start, Edith made me feel comfortable, attended to, and like I was literally--her only priority. She got me into her office immediately, got me to doctors and specialists within days, re-directed all of my medical bills (which were sizeable) to be deferred until my case was settled. After that she went to work doing her magick. What I was so struck by --was the thorough and dilligent follow up--let's be honest, how many businesses--let alone lawyers--hold themselves so accountable--that they follow up with YOU first. I never had to call Edith once to see how my case was coming along. She always called me to give me periodic updates on how my case was proceeding and what she might need from me next--and also what were the next steps. Then finally, once everything was compiled and submitted, within months, honestly even more quickly than I expected, I got a phone call from her. I never in my wildest imagination thought that I would get a settlement, but Edith got the max paid out from both the other insurance company---and also from my own for personal injuries--which I had no idea I was even entitled to. I could not believe it--truly awestruck and I feel eternally grateful and blessed to have found her. Once payment was received, again she called to have me into her office promptly and once again--much quicker than I expected-- I cannot stress enough--how amazing her services are. Her "bedside manner " is also incredibly sensitive, kind, considerate and --dare I say it--gentle! When does that happen??? I actually hugged her on my way out of the office. I would highly reccommend this incredible attorney for any personal injury case, or any other case besides. She went above and beyond, as did everyone else in her office. they don't make professionals like this any more. Sincerely, Jennifer N.

If you're reading this review right now, know that I understand how important getting the best…read moreattorney possible is to you. I believe that I can offer you some good points in this review to consider while making your choice. A year a half ago I was in a pretty bad car accident. I suffered some injuries and mentally I was unrecognizable. Luckily I came across John Fox, call it a blessing, luck, I'm grateful I found him. From the very start his concern was always my well being. I was beyond traumatized and he made calls to me often, spending time talking to me about staying strong and getting through this. He was also well informed in the many areas a car accident effects. I remember watching the video of him on his page speaking at his daughter's wedding and seeing that he was a man of good character. The way you see him speak in the video is how he is in person. It would take pages to lay out the specifics of my case, but I'll say this, Mr. Fox is a good man with top notch ethics. In my situation there were factors that were more important than money and he honored everyone of my wishes. To me the key factor is this, take away all I've said and my opinion and look at this one fact. His first 20 years as a lawyer he represented the insurance companies. So this is a guy who knows how they work, the tricks they play, the moves they make to save money. It was apparent in my situation that he had a great advantage which means I had a great advantage. I know this is getting lengthy but there's a couple of other things that you should consider. I had to fly in to Philly from another state for my mediation/settlement negotiations. Who was there to pick me up at the airport? John Fox. He took me to a nice hotel and also took me back to the airport on his own time. That's the type of person he is. Most guys on his level would have sent a secretary or someone else to pick me up. It meant a lot to me during such stressful times. Also, as far as my settlement went, he exceeded expectations, not because of my case, but because he was very proactive in the process and took the lead with all the attorneys involved. (Multiple victims) He got it done. If you need legal help and don't know where to turn, trust me, get this guy, you won't be disappointed. Finally, after my accident I started a facebook page called Car Accident Survivors Support Group. It's a smaller closed group that is amazing for emotional support. If you need a place where people understand, feel free to join. I hope you find some peace, I know how bad these accidents can be. Jake
