Sales lady was extremely rude when my grandson, who is 2, began to cry because he was ready to get the "toy" part of our shopping. She literally stood there and made THE most awful face and made no effort to hide it. One would think she had NEVER seen a child cry before. We immediately left the store with no intention of EVER returning! So, unless you have THE perfect child, don't take them in this store, because if they act out AT ALL, be ready to be ready for drama filled faces of the sales associates. read more
