Get back on the R5 to Devon Drive home Total trip time on a good day? 3+ hours. Not that it isn't enjoyable once I got there, but that was a lot of time to invest to get some sticks. Luckily, the old lighting company down the street closed it's doors and the space was taken over by "Goose". Now, all I have to do is hop in my car, drive 2 minutes away, park, and get all the cigars I want. Goose's has it all. Cigars, cigarettes, loose tobacco, hookah's, etc. etc. If your a lover of tobacco, then this is the place in the area you should be buying from. They have something for everyone there. What sold me on this place was in addition to having an enormous humidor stocked with a great selection of premium cigars (everything from Macanudo to Ashton, Padron, Fuente, La Sirina, Ghurka, and a lot more) they also have a HUGE, yes, HUGE lounge where you can kick back and enjoy your purchases. Right when you walk in you can tell that this isn't your local shop. Hardwood floors throughout and the lounge has poker tables, a pool table, 2 dart boards, 4 TV's, and personal cigar lockers on site. Everything I need to indulge my cigar habit. Definitely my new go to spot (been there 3 times this week already). If you're in the burbs, this is the place you should be going to get all your cigar and tobacco needs. I know I sound like a commercial for this place, but it really is a great joint and I love supporting my local businesses.

Their lack of customer service has changed my mind. They had a great sale, and I found a product that I wanted. I added it to my cart and chose the "continue shopping" option. Just a few minutes later, I went to my cart and found it empty. I filed a complaint. I got a form e-mail from AI that didn't address my concerns. Later, I got another e-mail asking me to finish my purchase, and showed me the item I had put in my cart! I clicked and my cart was STILL empty. It was 12 days before a human reached out with weak excuses. I told them that excuses aren't enough - once something is in my cart there is no excuse for it to be removed 5 minutes later. A few days later another person reached out with nothing but excuses, a promise that "we'll be passing this feedback along to the appropriate team so they can look into improving how the cart and inventory system work together" and hopes that I'll just forget it all and continue shopping with them. Nope. At the very least they should have offered me a comparable deal on a comparable product. THEN I might have felt that they actually cared about their customers and about being professional. As it is, I'll go back to my original supplier just a couple miles away. They may have less to choose from and slightly higher prices but so far they can be TRUSTED.

The owner even checked to ensure the coil was the correct series coil. Get home try the insert it and it was defective. Tried to return the DEFECTIVE coils and was told nope they won't take them back because there was juice on the one. I didn't get the wrong one the things are defective! I even bought the same coils at a different shop and the fit perfectly. Definitely don't recommend shopping with them. 0/10!!!! I actually feel like they sold them to me knowing they were defective but just wanted to get their money.

Puffco…read moredid not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either. Backround: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. The product would not charge. This was demonstrable in less than a minute, but I apparently had to send a video to the manufacturer for them to pay attention and I still haven't heard back from them.

The store looks a little outdated but the have a great hvac and smoke extractor system in the store. They do need to get some more loubge chairs to relax and enjoy your cigars. They do have a private room if you want to have an event. Great place to watch an Eagles game and enjoy a tasty, robust cigar. Definitely will be visiiting again when I am back in Philadelphia
