We're new to the area and we were looking for a groomer that would provide one-on-one attention for our 14 year old dog. We found our groomer! Jackie provided exceptional service from start to finish. She's very responsive to all communication; e-mail or text. The day of our appointment she asked specific questions about our dog's temperament and diet. I am so pleased and impressed with Jackie and her services at Beyond Fur grooming. As a new dog owner, I have been super anxious and cautious about all the dog things- diet, cleanliness, health, grooming, etc. But Jackie put all that at ease from the moment I made contact with her, even instructing me on how to give my cockapoo Dutch a quick trim around his bum area before he was allowed (pre-vaccinations) to be groomed at a salon. Fast forward to his first grooming appointment- Jackie welcomed us into her grooming space to show us around and let Dutch get acquainted with the space so he wouldn't be scared. The level of cleanliness of her salon is incredible. Jackie was so warm and inviting- just like the salon, it's no wonder my dog felt calm and relaxed. The wonderful woman running this establishment truly loves what she does and has your pets best interests in mind! We brought our little boy in for his first ever grooming appointment and were met with a warm professional that took the time to explain the entire grooming process and better yet allowed our pup to explore and slowly acclimate himself to not just the room itself but to the tools and noises and that were all so brand new to him. Given that he is our first pup to be super sensitive to noises this was so perfect for him and ensured that he was comfortable the entire time. Jackie is super amazing! We took our two small dogs for a nail trim. She was very sweet with our dogs right from the start. I was impressed with how confident she was when trimming their nails and how she educated us about the proper process. She trimmed them, hand filed some areas and used a Dremel. I've never seen anyone take such care and time in just trimming nails. She spent about 20 minutes on each of them. We usually get their nails trimmed every 4 weeks but the last person who trimmed our dog's nails hurt one of them, so I was nervous and took my time finding a new person. Jackie's salon is super clean and smells nice too! You can tell she's very particular about cleanliness. And your dog will be the only one there at that time. No kenneling and no other dogs barking or acting up. My hubby and I are super grateful for her patience with our fur babies. We will be returning.
