I hired Craig twice for an old silver maple in my front yard. One summer to remove a ~30' long branch that came down in a storm onto the street, and the following summer to remove the tree completely. For the emergency situation of the branch in the street, his team showed up that day and promptly removed all the debris. For the full scale removal, I got an estimate in the spring, and then once the ground dried out in the summer, his team completed the job in two days. One full day of work to remove the tree and a second morning to fill in the holes left behind. Craig is easy to get a hold of by phone and very friendly in person.
