If you like getting treated like crap, where the women are cold, mean, and condescending then this is the place to go to. I went in to get my car we tabbed and I don't think I've ever experienced customer service is terrible as what they handout here!! If I could give zero Stars I would!! The women were mean and talked down to me and were extremely condescending! I would never recommend going to this place to any of my friends or family! In my opinion they should be closed down! There are other Auto Licensing places that you can go to up the street, that are only 5 minutes away, and her open an hour later, and you will get treated with respect and courtesy unlike this terrible place! It's been years now, but when my mom passed away and I had to transfer everything, including a boat and trailer that she never licensed, the women here were outstanding! They couldn't have made an already awful situation any easier than they did. I will continue to go here for as long as I'm in the area. They're all very nice. read more

I arrived here at 11:50 on a Saturday. I had just had my car's emissions tested AND I had refinanced my auto loan which meant I had to transfer the title to the new lien holder. I was wondering if they were even going to let me in since they close at Noon on Saturdays. Not only did I get in but they have two lines and one of them was empty. I got new TABS for my car in less than 10 minutes and the person assisting me advised me that my bank had not yet released the title so she was unable to transfer it at this time. This agency is a JOKE!!! They have held on to our titling documents, which were overnighted to them, for over a week with no action. I found out when I went there to title our new van that they were missing one power of attorney signature. I asked her if I could take the documents and have our lender send the second power of attorney and was told no - they can only return them to the lender. Okay ... return them then! Nothing happened in a week, so yesterday my husband went up there and asked for the documents and he was denied too. They NEVER answer their phone or voicemail - so be warned. Finally this morning, after I got their e-mail address, they replied that they will MAIL the documents back to the licensing group for our lender. SERIOUSLY - MAIL THEM TO NEW YORK?! Bad idea - we are overnighting documents ladies - NOT mailing. I am LIVID and once I get the documents out of their office, we will never be back again and will tell everyone I know to avoid their office. Oh - and I am getting in touch with the Department of Licensing, too. This place is RIDICULOUSLY slow!! read more

Horribly set up. one window down a narrow hall so when you're done you get to squeeze by everyone waiting in line behind you. The gray haired woman behind the counter was very rude and irritated when asked a couple simple questions. There are so many faster, friendlier places for lisencing. I will not be back. read more

This is my go-to licensing agency. If the line is long, I can have a fun chat with the women working at the insurance area just inside the door. The line usually moves fast . The folks at the windows have always been friendly, as well as efficient. Never had a negative experience there. read more

It's a snow day and my only day to make phone calls, so I was trying to clear up a problem with my vehicle licensing. I called at least a dozen places. Mail boxes were full, they weren't working today, they don't work on Mondays, they're busy so call back another time, and on and on. But Bev's answered immediately. My husband and I have bought all of our vehicle tabs through Beverly's for several years. We had two very old motor cycles that hadn't been registered for at least 15 years and we couldn't locate the titles to sell them. no problem! They walked us through what we need to do and were able to get the new titles. They are helpful and very efficient. I went in with a mess of papers with my sick father and Amy the angel handled it like a boss! She was super helpful and understanding to my lack of know how, it was quicker and easier that expected. We didn't have all the info needed but Amy wasn't gonna let that stop her, she was flipping the pages and sorting online to get what we needed and damn she did too! Plus was able to handle a few other vehicles I was gonna have to come back for but she was able to dig up what was needed to do them at the same time. Driving down town is always a pain, Beverly's is close to my house. Been there a few times. EVERY time the women working behind the counter are rude. Never ask how can I help you, please, thank you or a smile. If a question is asked of them they act like they are being put upon. I came into purchase tabs & had to wait 45 min to get to a window. They had what looked like 3 windows but only 2 open!! It appeared there was another employee in the back not even paying any mind to the line! I came here based on a good review from a friend. Many customers in line were talking about this being their regular practice. I am disappointed, frankly. 2 different customers were on their 3rd trip back at no fault of their own. Typically when you enter a business of ANY kind, those working behind the counter are welcoming, however, these ladies were not. When I first entered, I was not greeted with a smile nor did I get any acknowledgment. They were too busy chatting among themselves to help me. As I stood for a minute or two, one of them finally noticed I was standing there. There was no sort of, "How may I help you" or any accommodation for that matter. As we got all the paperwork straight to renew my tabs it was time to write a check. There were no pens available around me so I politely asked for one. In this situation I'd expect her to, in turn, politely hand one to me or place it on the counter before me. But, no. She threw a handful in a cup that was then placed next to her keyboard leaving me the only option to reach over into the window to get one. I know its not the biggest issue, however, she was not polite in any sense of the word nor was she a pleasant person to deal with. I just wanted to tell her to smile once in a while and maybe, just maybe, her day would improve. I won't be going back to Beverly's until they teach these women some proper customer service etiquette. read more

Bev's Auto Licensing​ was AWESOME today! Went in for a temp permit so I could drive the Jeep on expired tabs to get emissions tested as it was due this year. Instead, they suggested buying a 2 year sticker, that way I wouldn't need emissions tested (it would have passed anyway). In doing this, Beverly's turned what would have been a morning long endeavor to get tabs for my Jeep, into less than an hour ! THANKS. read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I called there today to get some information, and this owner was rude, abrupt, unprofessional and I would highly recommend going to the Snohomish County Auditor's Office to get your license needs met. You will have to pay the same $12 dollar fee, but at at least the $12 dollars will go the ferry system instead of supporting an abusive business owner. read more
