The acoustics in La Cave - centuries old arched limestone - helped tunes reverberate through the evening. This was an evening that blended high energy music with mellow residents who have been busy with the local vendange - or wine grape harvest. Charlie plays great music, is professional, friendly and we shared many good laughs. Above all, great wine. While I was there enjoying a couple glasses of Chateau Jean Faux at the end of the bar, Charlie walks over and subtly lets me know that the gentleman that just walked in is the producer of the wine I'm drinking...
