While I am usually a fan of going to Home Depot for parts, it is not often that they have parts for some of the plumbing items they sell. Enter in Betts Piping Supply which I have heard many good things about, and by the looks of all of the contractors walking in, it is obviously a reputable business. I walked in and recognized then lead sales guy, and Kim, who have been with the business for a very long time. They have creative solutions to any of your plumbing problems, and everything is kept in a neat store house behind the counter keeping the store free of clutter. I had a unique problem with replacing a vanity, and they came up with a solution that I had not even found online. Judging by the advice everybody around me was receiving, this is something that is common place here. Smart, creative, and inexpensive solutions to your problems. The part I needed was $3.75. Even though plumbing is not my gig, I have been around the block for customer service and I will come here for all of my plumbing parts hands down in the future. read more
