However, a few years ago I signed up for one of the Park Fitness boot camps (first thing in the morning, three days a week) and the rest is history. I genuinely enjoy going to classes here and have noticed serious differences in my strength, stamina, and energy. The classes I've attended have been welcoming to a wide range of ages and fitness levels -- often, you'll be working with your own individual weights, so you have the opportunity to choose something heavier or lighter depending on how much you want to push yourself, or make adaptations to exercises if need be. The instructors and staff members are all super enthusiastic and supportive, and it really feels like a community. Facilities are always clean, neat, and well organized -- much nicer than many other gyms and fitness studios I've been to. I'm lucky enough to live within walking distance, but if I ever move, I suspect I will find myself traveling farther so I can continue to come here. It's absolutely worth it.

She appears to be extremely uncomfortable with my presence, either she is intimidated or jealous. She continues to make disparaging remarks whenever she sees me, and I am shocked that the management team would put someone with this level of unprofessionalism to represent their establishment. Dear, I understand you'll never be able to train me, but you don't have to make yourself so obvious nor do you need to present yourself as a street thug. Your behavior scares me, I feel that I might have to call the police on you if you keep up the harassments.
