DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT REFUND IT EVEN IF THEY MAKE THE ORTHOTICS WRONG!! They charged me for work they did wrong and now the owner David refuses to refund my money! They don't call you back either even when they promise they will get back to you. I have very upset patient's that never got their orthotics made correctly and were billed for them anyway. I faxed them a copy of the scrip to show them they made the orthotic wrong and they still won't refund my money. I cannot control their inability to make the orthotic according to the scrip.
