I'm really disappointed with the customer service I've experienced at this location. You've only been open a few days, and both times I've visited I've left feeling upset -- today, I even left in tears. The first visit was opening day. I showed up at 4:20 AM to support the grand opening and try to get one of the Queen Creek hats being given out. There were still hats clearly visible when I got up to order, but the employee gave me a plastic cup instead. When I asked about the hats, he said they were out, even though he had them in his hand -- and offered me stickers instead. I was frustrated, but let it go. Today was my second visit -- and also my birthday. I have your loyalty app and gave my phone number at to the employee taking orders at the drive though (he had a nose ring) to make sure I'd get my points. After placing my order, I asked about the free birthday drink and was told I could only get one if I had the loyalty program -- which I just confirmed I did. The employee didn't try to help or clarify anything, just walked away. I asked another team member who was much kinder and more helpful,. When she went up to the employee that originally took my order and asked about it, he looked at me, rolled his eyes and continue to talk to her but even then, I was asked to prove it was my birthday and felt like I was being accused of lying. The whole experience left me really upset and honestly humiliated. This has been one of my favorite coffee shops for years -- I used to only be able to get it when visiting San Diego, so I was really excited to have a location finally open near me. But after two negative experiences in just a few days, I'm not sure I'll be back. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by a brand I've supported for so long. read more

Whole order was wrong through the drive through. Never gave us options for sizes, just gave the largest one when we specifically said small. I am disappointed especially when you see the cost for the wrong order. read more

We really like their iced coffee (best drink ever or a white mocha) and a few of their breakfast sandwiches! But the 2 times I've been in the drive thru it's been 1 lane and then the Employees out there open the 2nd lane and all the cars behind me get to cut in front of myself and the 4-5 cars in front of me and literally get their order before us. This is very frustrating as everyone's time is valuable especially if you stop here before work or needing to be somewhere and get cut in the drive thru. I get that they need to move the cars over to the 2nd lane but at least make them wait until the car they were originally behind. My order was taken before all the cars behind me but I've had to wait at least an extra 5-7 minutes due to this issue. Please fix this or myself and others will take our business elsewhere where our time is valued. read more

On March 3rd, 2026 at 8:10AM, I went in to pick up my mobile order and as always, without fail, I was greeted by all team members with a cheerful "Welcome In!" My food and coffee were ready for me to collect over by the pick up area. I always love how clean it is inside, like it's impressive given the amount of foot traffic this place gets! Good job!! I have ordered from this place multiple times solely because of the convenience on where it's located and the fact that they have avocado toast. This is my fifth or sixth time ordering and every single time they have gotten it wrong. They put a sticky note on the container of what I ordered and what is in the container is not correct. I can understand a couple mishaps, however, every single time my order is incorrect while they label what I ordered on the outside of the container. I'm starting to wonder if this is a joke. Tried to give this place MULTIPLE chances. I'll start with this, the coffee is good. Where it falls short is the attention to detail and just how many times they've either got an order wrong or I've had to go back and hound them to make it right. Today for example I ordered a coffee with light ice. And what I got was essentially a 7$ cup of ice. Super disappointing. When they constantly get orders wrong it's getting harder and harder to justify coming here and spending a premium. Ordered the Chili Breakfast Wrap was horrible. The tortilla was stahl and burnt you could not even chew it or bite. There was one small piece of ham and egg. The Munster cheese was missing. The coffee extremely strong even medium roast. The coffee has a chemical taste. For both the breakfast wrap and coffee $15.30. This was definitely not worth the price or quality of a good breakfast wrap. A family member had the better sandwich and it was dry and had no taste. She had the sandwich and cold Carmel sugar free latte and these 2 items were $20.10. Avoid this place as price and food quality are a big ZERO. read more

Good coffee and food cannot understand how it took 35 min to receive a ham and cheese and an açaí bowl I suspect they went to an adjacent farm to get the ham hopefully it's at least fresh and then tried to be polite and wait and not even remembered I assure volume was not great enough to discourage a decent level of customer service read more

I've had the coffee here about two dozen times now, if not more. I buy a coffee every day. I've gone so much since they opened I feel like I have a pretty solid opinion on the place as a whole. The food has been good but is a bit on the pricier side (a running theme), the burrito being a dollar more than a breakfast burrito from a place like Someburros. Their honey latte is really great with almond milk and oat milk but is so bad with whatever skim or coconut milk they use. Some alt. milks aren't barista quality so they tend to not mix well with coffee. The service has been more slow than fast, which I don't mind, but sometimes expect to wait up to 30 min in drive thru and 15 in line on a busy day. But depending on who makes your coffee for some reason it can turn out so bad you'll regret buying the expensive $8-9 for a large. I've tried to get my tried and true latte (a honey lavender with oat milk), a few times and every single time without fail it's sooo sweet and acidic. If i get half sweet it tastes just like a plain latte if I'm lucky. So I try to stick to their menu items and don't get "unique or custom drinks". I get my tried and true at every coffee shop to test their drink comps and this place has been super disappointing 4 out of 5 times. But with their added prices with shots, alt. milk, and any extra syrups the coffee price adds up too quick to be worth the gamble. For example a honey lavender oat milk latte at Dutch will run me $5.79- $6.79 here I'm looking at $8.75-9.95! SOO much pricier. And at first I thought it would be worth the splurge every once in a while. Their espresso notes are pretty great. But the with the inconsistency you never know if your coffee will even taste good-- the last time I went I wanted to throw it out. I was excited for this cali coffee chain to reach out here in queen creek. But now I'm just disappointed and broke. Lower prices, train your baristas, maybe even pick up the line times, and I will be back. For now I'll stick to Dutch or even black rock for my quick coffee and infusion at the olive mill for my artisan coffee. Perhaps we will get lucky with all the new business coming in to get even better coffee shops. (Last to note; this shop isn't the best vibes to hang out in, it's loud and not cozy). read more

So excited that better buzzed finally opened near us! My family and I have been there multiple times since the opening and have left extremely satisfied not only with the food/drinks but the service and friendly staff. They are efficient with their drive thru line making the waiting process seamless. We are obsessed with their blueberry muffin and our toddler can't get enough of their ACai bowl! read more

It was our first time here and my husband and I ordered white mocha, chi tea and turkey pesto with cheese and bacon sandwich. The drinks were really good but I was a bit disappointed how the sandwich tasted. Other than that we will be back again but maybe try something else to eat. Food and coffee are always great. The service is SUPER slow. It's rough. Ordered in the drive thru with no one in line and it was a literal 25 minute wait. That's insane. I have grace for a new team and training, but they didn't even have my drink ready when I pulled up, they needed to make it "on the fly" when I ordered it 20 minutes ago. I have never tried this coffee chain before and was excited to see one open in town. I definitely love the tag line "Life's Better Buzzed" and the theme. Upon walking in, there is absolutely no room for a line to form. Very crowded seating arrangement. Doesn't feel like "stay and enjoy your order here". More "get it and get out". The cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu. Decided to try a seasonal/specialty drink, Coconut Cinnamon Sugar Swirl. A regular was almost $9. Already, not competitive in price at all compared to the surrounding Dutch Bros and Starbucks it has to compete with. Barely any pastry items available to choose from and completely missed they even have breakfast items. The menu is very small and hard to read that they have hanging about the counter. After 3 sips, I ended up just pouring it out. It tasted nothing like coconut. Just a plain sweetened latte. (Something I can make myself at home.) I may give it another chance but probably not. This is really disappointing for how much the area is growing. Staff was friendly though and the patio was spacious and shaded. read more

This place is way better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros (sorry & no offense, it's JMO. It was time for a change out here!) The menu is full of various drinks and food! The drive through is very similar to Dutch Bros (someone is out there to take your order as opposed to talking to someone on the menu screen speaker). The employees are very friendly. The service is fast. The Hazelnut Divinity has become my newest obsession! You have got to try it if you like sweet!!
