I always go drive through (for a reason) yet I am always told to pull up to the side of the parking lot for my food items. I've been coming here out of sheer convenience, because they have a drive through and I have littles. I've never been impressed with the customer service or the coffee or the pastries (Bread and Cie). But, I go every week or so to get my drink and the kids a pastry. One time, I asked if they could cut my pastry in half (so my kids could split it in the car) and they told me they couldn't because they misplaced their pastry cutting knife, but they could give me a plastic knife to cut it myself (couldn't they do that? Because I can't really in the car...). Today, I went into the store to get a couple of cortados and some pastries, the cortados came out as 12 oz lava hot lattes with really bad milk foam. One of the cups collapsed in my hand on the way to the car and with a stinging hand I decided to complain. I asked if they could remake them a little less hot and explained that it hand burnt the c*** out of my hand. Also, that cortados were 4.5 oz... the cashier ignored the fact that I got burned and argued with me about the size of the drink. I come every week and get one.. it is served in the 8 oz cup not quite full. Finally she just made what I asked for, but I don't think I'll ever go back. I'll shlep my 3 littles to James. I decided to stop by BetterBuzz to get a little work done on my computer (I have a hard time concentrating at home). I'm not a coffee person, so I was a little overwhelmed by the menu, but luckily there was Jorden there to help me sort out what I would like. She was very kind in taking her time to help me, even when I was worried I was holding up the line. I eventually settled on a large matcha latte with oat milk and an extra scoop of vanilla powder (she told me that they don't use vanilla syrup like Starbucks, and I think this is way better). I love better buzz. Never been to this location but adorable, staff adorable, and vibes great. Staff super friendly and energetic especially for being morning risers. I'm all for having fun but when there's a line basically to the door and no one is at the register cause who it seemed like a shift lead was busy telling everyone where they should be but then walk away from the register and the staff in the back making sure the put music first and talking drama when there's obviously loads of mobile orders and a huge line. So I don't usually write reviews, but I just felt like I had to in this case. I have only been to better buzz a few times, and each time the drinks have been delicious. This time I went through the drive through, and I wanted to try something new. The girl taking my order was super sweet and willing to answer any questions I had. She said her name was Jordan, and she recommended the caramel buzz to me. It ended up being delicious, and by the time I got to the window the drink was already made. I didn't catch their name, but the girl at the window was super kind as well. Overall it was a very nice experience, and I can't wait to go back again soon. More like a 2.5 if I could because I'm I really enjoy better buzz drinks and food. But this location is INCREDIBLY SLOW!! I just don't get it, truly. It's not complicated drinks and food. Other places do more with less staff and are quicker. Maybe I'm less patient because i usually have my baby in the car who doesn't like when the car is still, but nearly 25 minutes for some toast and tea from an empty drive thru line is just ridiculous. read more

we have now placed orders for pick up 5 times and every time they cant seem to find the order. Or they give us someones else order. Then when you ask them what is going on they tell you that they are busy. I understand that you are busy but then have better way to handle your online orders so that we are not having to wiat for you to remake our items. read more

If you are a coffee connoisseur as I am, their coffee might be disappointing. I gave a couple of chances and experienced other locations as well and it is not good quality coffee. I love this location. I frequent them often (prob at least once a week) and I've never had a bad drink from here! I normally get an iced latte with oat milk or almond milk and sometimes caramel drizzle. Or I'll get the dirty chai latte 1/3 sweet with almond milk. It's soooo good. My boyfriend likes the best drink ever and the vanilla buzz. I have yet to try any of their food but I will add to my review once I do :) the workers are always so nice and we ended up getting the black card which is a reloadable card where you can get extra benefits or discounts for being a member. The line is often long (because the drinks and bomb, duh) so just be prepared for that! I think you are able to order ahead but I have yet to take advantage of that. read more

The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately that's the only good thing about this place :( I came to get some work done on my laptop, but the music (party music?) was incredibly loud inside to the point that I couldn't even hear my friend from across the table, and there were only 2 shaded tables outside, one of which was directly by the speaker and the other being too far for the wifi to connect well. The coffee itself was just okay, one of them was way too sweet and the other I could've made at home. The coffee quality is high, as are the innovative drink offerings. It's absolutely worth the premium you would pay over your own cup of Joe at home. I highly recommend Better Buzz to anyone who is new to coffee/tea, never tried this coffee place, or the coffee snob (like myself). I ordered an avocado toast, cold brew with sweet cream foam, best drink ever and a chocolate chip banana bread and horchata latte. Out of all of the items I purchased the horchata latte was the best one. The avocado toast tastes like the avocado is rotten, the cold brew didn't have any flavor of the sweet cream foam, the best drink ever didn't have flavor tasted like plain coffee and they didn't have banana bread chocolate chip but gave me the paper where the bread goes to take home. When I asked about my drinks they said they were backed up but I could see my order still on the screen.
