I went there for several weeks and loved it…read morethen attended their Beliefs class and found out that within their organization is a hierarchy that consists of a board "Elders" that is male only. Woman are not allowed to serve in that role. it was extremely hurtful to find that out.

I visit on occasion with friends. My last visit was a funeral. The music team is great. The…read moremessages are uplifting. The potluck meals are yummy. There are several community programs that are purposeful. My biggest concern is that the main pastor overlooks the first service crowd while rushing to set up with the second one. I love cows but don't like feeling like cattle while trying to speak to a pastor. I have spoken to the pastor on several occasions. He could trip over me and not notice me. I am overweight and am not used to being invisible. Another church sees me from down the block...just sayin.
