Everyone we've met there has been super nice, and even after going through a 'new member' class, there hasn't been any pressure to join or donate. After avoiding organized religion for years, this is refreshing. In addition to Sunday services, we've attended a couple other events and seminars, both at the church building and at other sites. The warm and friendly vibe has continued. From everything we've seen, it's a nice place because it's filled with nice, real people. Everyone doesn't agree with everyone, and that's okay. Maybe if there were more open-minded and caring speakers like Reverend Alex in pulpits in other churches, there would be more people in the seats at those churches on Sunday mornings.

The community is incredibly warm and welcoming, especially at the Men's Prayer Breakfast, which is a wonderful opportunity for fellowship, faith, and encouragement. Monsignor Todd, Father Pat, and Father Tommy consistently deliver powerful and meaningful homilies that really speak to the heart and help bring the Gospel into everyday life. You can tell they care deeply about their parish and guiding people closer to God. One of the most special parts of this church is the Adoration Chapel. Spending time there in the presence of Our Lord is truly amazing and peaceful. It's a place where you can step away from the noise of the world and simply pray and reflect. He's had cataract eye surgery and has to perform the mass while seated in a wheelchair. Nonetheless, his homilies are insipring, full of humor and brief. The older guard of the parish are friendly accommodating people. No big presentations here. Just a nice toned down mass that is spiritually uplifting. Give it a try some Sunday.
