While visiting in Amsterdam a small problem developed with none of my hearing aids. On the advice of the concierage at our hotel, I made quick visit to the Bilderdykstraat location. Jill and Aida (? -- I don't have her exact name) helped me tremendously. First, they solved the overt problem. Second, they informed me of certain maintenance procedures regarding filters that I had never been told by my provider in the states and they provided me with supplies to complete the trip without any further problems. And lastly, they refused to accept any Euros for their efforts. This was service beyond all reasonable expectations. I most highly recommend this company and, in particular, these two ladies.
