For some reason every provider would just keep me hanging despite knowing I needed to sign up ASAP. First phone call with Haresh, he told me to come by any night or evening and he'd take care of it. I was in and out with Rachna signing me up in under 20 minutes with health insurance! What a great resource to have, they'll work around your schedule if you (like I) have a hectic and busy schedule. After the surgeon I had booked with declined the insurance I had found online on Google but was actually a total ripoff, I decided I needed help this time. But it was the afternoon of september 30th the last day for enrollment - and I am a permanent u.s. resident (green card holder) which some agents might find tricky. But because Haresh Shah is a certified covered California agent, he knew the rules and requirements AND his computer program could cross verify my various personal information like alien number social security and authenticate me before the deadline that night. It would not be so fast to do myself that's for sure. It went through and I was able to provide proof of coverage to the surgeon in time (with a day or two) importantly, even while working quickly he at all times was organized so I knew my personal information was input to the program and not anywhere else. Haresh Shah acted like a trusted agent should very discrete and careful and I highly recommend. Sorry Mr. Haresh Shah that I took so long to make this review but worries less experienced agents)
