Do not buy here, ESPECIALLY if you are a small business! Bought a $1,500 fridge here, purchased the warranty aswell. It broke within less than 2 years. We called immediately since we are a restaurant and fully functioning fridge is IMPERATIVE. Store says NO. They do not have the part and will send something "compatible". Compatible meaning RECONSTRUCTION of the entire fridge, which comes at cost of $600 for technician. Mind you, their warranty does not cover labor, "THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM", is what the owner stated to us over the phone. He also went ahead and said "Reconstruction of that fridge you have is super easy, my technician just told me. I don't know why you are complaining". Do not buy any refrigerators from them. Their warranty is no good. When selling they will tell you their warranty is the best. When you actually try to use the warranty they give you all types of excuses. My ice machine broke down. My Compressor was under warranty, they gave me a "compatible" Compressor to have me stop bothering them. For the "compatible" Compresor to work I need to re-route all cables, tubes, and plumbing, making a simple installation of a replacement Compressor a nightmare. i bought 2 sandwich units from them;.After 6 months one went out.They sent out a tech right away but the techs in corpus did not know what they were doing at all, they came out 4 times to fix it! finally the guys from BRS support just sent all the electronics that needed changing and the unit worked. GREAT service from them, no complaints from me. read more
