He gently corralled the ducklings, but had no luck with the mama, she wanted nothing to do with it and eventually flew away. Joe takes the rescued orphans where he and his family expertly raise them until their old enough to release back in the wild. He was very patient and carefully explained what he does and is a great guy to boot. His fees are more than reasonable. Wow! These Bugeyes are over the top! We had recently…read moreswitched to using them for our routine maintenance service and even after their 1st visit we noticed such an improvement over our previous pest control svc provider! Not only in the little things, like going around and knocking down cobwebs, checking in trees and hidden areas for signs of pest nests or presence, and taking specific care to note where my dogs were located during the spray of the inside and outside! BUT they must be using a much better spray recipe too because we sure noticed a significant increase in the quantity and variation of the different critters that were "caught" by even just the 1st spray treatment! We never saw that amount previously. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they even immediately noticed that we may have a roof rat problem! I hadn't even noticed anything at this point and I spend a lot of time out in my yard! The Guys were so knowledgeable. They explained several things to us and told us what to watch for... This hands-on-approach is not something we were used to receiving. Sometime later....Sure enough! We did have a roof rat problem!! The Bugeyes came back out, in between our scheduled services, and set up a plan of action to make them go away! I spend a ton of time in my garden with my hands in the dirt, I couldn't have that kind of a fright lurking around; my neighbors wouldn't be able to handle the constant girly frightful screams! So after the multiple different tools/methods were set and ready to start working.....we waited...and believe me....all I did was watch...from safely indoors, of course! Just 2 or 3 days later, the Mouse-Removing Man-of-the-House happened to be out of town when the first (surprisingly HUGE) guy was "caught"! I called Ryan at Bugeyes to tell him about the success! He actually even came by my house to remove the "catch" for me since my man was out of town. That is a crazy level of service!! In 3 weeks time the significant issue we had was resolved. He inspected our roof for possible points of entry and once he located the point of entry, he set traps, came daily to check the traps and attic for activity. On day one, he caught 2 opposums, day three - 1 opposum and day four - 1 opposum. Total of 4 oppossums. I was truly excited to get a good night's sleep . . . Thought I could cool my garage down below 120 by adding insulation over garage ceiling. Builder…read morehad not put any. Sent out for quotes through Yelp for several providers. A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.
