Quality has been declining over the years while prices are increasing. The employees are relatively the same people, they just seem to rush. My daughter and I came in for gel manicures and pedicures. The manicures were rushed, and she had a nail with a bubble that broke loose an hour later. We would have come in to repair it, but it happened literally as she was leaving town.

The service was really great good I paid 80 for the best nails package which included hot wax, stones, hot towels, massage and a lemon and pomagrante scrub!

My nails underneath are atrocious. Ken made my hands presentable! Thank you

I'm torn leaving a bad review because at the end me of my full set I was ecstatic! Ken did an amazing job turning my terrible little nubs into beautiful French nails. My upset is I feel totally hoodwinked. I went In after calling to make sure I could have a pedicure when I got there. I was greeted and asked what service I was there for, I said "I'm here for a pedicure, and if there is time after I'll do a full set". That moment my pedicure was completely forgotten, and I was sat to do the full set. When I was done with my full set, I was informed I would have a 30 minute wait for my toes. This felt really bad to me. I went in for a pedicure, and I felt pushed out of that service and completely disregarded... Maybe it's an off day. Honestly sad because I thought I found the place.

Ken did amazing! I was planning on getting French but when he did the pink I changed my mind and love it.. so simple... had me so relaxed almost fell asleep lol and the pedicure love it too.. the guy was so gentle and he did a great job.. definitely be back! Ty

Over priced. Waste your time. Waited super long no discount. I had a pic of what I wanted my nails to look like the lady I got stuck with couldn't even do what I requested. So I compromised for another picture , my nails came out with a design that is not identical to the picture. I have bubble in my nails on the side and one of them is crooked. I will never come here again. I rather drive far by westgate and pay less better quality. First pic what I got second what I asked for. Hearts look weird. Also the lady rested my hand on a container to do my nails .... They don't have modern or not mail mail salon tools.

Me and my mom got here maybe 5 minutes after they opened, so we figured it wouldn't be an issue to walk in, and their page said walk ins were welcome. There was one other person here besides us. We both got dip, so it should've been a fairly quick outing. After being sat down, a gentleman told me I would have to wait until someone finished my moms nails due to the fact they had appointments they forgot about. That same gentleman sat for an hour maybe, on his phone, no appointment in sight. He could have easily done my nails within 30 minutes at the max. We were there for nearly two hours, and the majority of that was spent just waiting. The inside is beautiful, and the woman who did our nails was really nice, but they are super super disorganized.

It was the best experience ever everyone was so nice!!! The guy who did me and mm sis nails I'm in love.

Update (4/13): KELLY KELLY KELLY!!!! She blew me away, like usual. I will never go to anyone else. Thank you Kelly & Damon for fixing everything. The Scottsdale location is stunning. Update (4/9): two more popped off while I was cooking our Easter meal. Obviously still no call because it's a holiday. Hopefully this will get resolved. Update (4/8): yesterday I was packing to go out of town for Easter weekend. My left pinky nail popped off completely. I called and was told I could go in to have everything fixed but I advised the lady I couldn't because I was leaving. She took my name and number and said she would talk to the owner because I really just want my money back at this point. We'll see if I actually get a call. (4-5) I've been to this salon a few times. The last time I was there, the Latina front desk worker was very nice and assured me that whatever design I wanted could be done. That this salon is known for their artwork. Today- I left highly disappointed. This was my first time getting gel x at this salon. I'm not sure if maybe it was just the lady I got today was not in the mood or didn't know what she was doing but I'm sad with my results to say the least. I showed her a design and she said she couldn't do it- it was too hard. At that point I should've just paid for my pedicure and left but I showed her a different (VERY SIMPLE) design and she said she could do it. She asked me what colors do I told her the colors for the design, expecting her to put down a nude base- she asked what color I wanted under the design, I said "a clear nude/ light brown" as I wanted something sheer. As she was finishing, she asked how everything looked and I said "well it looks different." With that she said nothing. A man came over a looked at the picture and my nails; they spoke to each other in their native language and he walked away. To top it all off, I've gotten the same pedicure and a more intricate design full set and it was about $40 cheaper than it was today. Crazy. Pictures of what I asked for vs what I got.

This place does all the cool trendy nails you find on Pinterest. Ask for Frankie! He's wonderful and so willing to do anything you want. I've done a few sets with him now and they never disappoint. Great prices for the quality you get too.

Vincent was the nail tech. I asked him if he could clean my cuticles, he said he would. The finger nail with the French tip is not even straight. Don't even get me started on the hearts and the way it looks . I'm just very disappointed. If you come here please request Damon, he's the only one that knows how to create beautiful nails. I walked in at 10:35 for a full set and am barely leaving now at 1:05pm . The nail technician didn't really know what I wanted( I had a clear picture to show her for reference) I think the owner is the one who stepped in to "show her"what I wanted. Either way the end result is not what I wanted. I told her I wanted a little shorter at the beginning of our session and she said oh it'll get shorter when file. These nails are a mile long I spent over 2 hours here and $100 later. I will never be back. Not to mention these are some of the thickest nails I've ever seen in my life. Safe your time and money, this place is a rip off. read more

So the looks of this spot is super shady but I got my gel pedicure a month ago and people are still complimenting my toes! My daughter got a gel manicure and it lasted her three solid weeks before she started taking them off. They charged me $75 from a gel pedi and mani. I felt like that was totally out of my price range but since they lasted this long, I just might go back. I just wish they turned on their AC cause I was sweating and fanning myself with their magazines, thinking they'd get the hi t but they didn't care. Hence, the three stars and no water was offered. The people running this spot are mainly males which I thought was pretty interesting being that I've never experienced that. Overall, they were cool, didn't feel like they were making fun of my feet or trying to hike up prices by asking me if I wanted the mile long list of different pedicures :) read more

I've been to this nail salon a few times now but this has easily been my best experience yet. I booked and appointment on a Friday for 5:45 and they were ready for me right on time, which is rarely my experience at other salons. The salon is always clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful even when incredibly busy. Frank did an amazing job, he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and did a great job communicating with me to make sure I was happy with everything he was doing, and overall he was very nice. The full set was $45+$15 for the pink and white ombré+$5 for the shape. After having this same look a few times, I can say this is a fair price especially considering the quality of work. read more

I felt like I was being tortured during my pedicure. I told her I was hurting, and she still continued on. She did not work on my cuticles and the hot stone she put on fire. This is not my first pedicure. I've had plenty, but I will say this was the worst. read more

I don't get how there's so many good reviews for this place. I seriously walked out looking like I already needed a fill. I paid $45 for a fill so I expect them to look on point. The gel polish started peeling the NEXT DAY! Most of nails weren't polished all the way either. read more

I went in for a pedicure. I didn't notice the crappy job she did on my toes until I got home. Absolutely horrible. I also decided I wanted a gel manicure. She kept pushing me for a full set...I repeatedly said no..and got yet another crappy job. The gel polish partially came off on a finger not even 24hrs later.. then fully on my thumb nail about 2 days later. She cut me several times while doing my fingers as well. Just ridiculous for the amount I paid..plus a decent tip! read more

Do not go to this nail salon. There are far too many nail salons that charge a lot more reasonable prices and have better service than this salon. Went in for a pedicure and full set. Paid extra for callus remover and the lady doing my pedicure did not even scrub my feet, I went home with the bottom of my feet feeling rougher than when I had came into the salon. That was not even the worse. They charged $60 for a full set. My nails have started lifting and falling off after 3 days. I do not know what products they are using for acrylic nails but it clearly is not good or works. I've never had to pay so much $$ for a full set with just polish. Let alone have them break off within a couple days of having them done. Ridiculous. Disappointed. read more

Mani was quick and good. The lady was focused on helping me. The staff spent the entire time arguing who was supposed to get the next pedicure. - so not relaxing at all. The staff that did my pedicure was also involved in the conversation, stopping my toes to add in to the conversation. she never buffed my nails cause I asked her not to use the drill. Then she never asked about my preference for thickness on my french. She just did it and asked after the top coat went on. The top coat was thin too and I assume that is because she tried to convince me to get the gel pedi multiple times. Lastly because they were so slow and obviously talking about the receptionist, playin on their phones in massage chairs. The receptionist came back to the staff to try to make friends. Then asked for a callus remover. So she got her feet scrubbed, while my pedi was still being finished. Then asked the staff if they had Apple Pay to pay the nail tech. The place is not relaxing, lights are harsh and wall decor is lack luster. read more

I came in 2 weeks ago and got a peach and white ombre in the coffin shape with a marble design, all done by franco!(or franko not sure the spelling) He was so kind and did the shape and the color just how I wanted it! He has a great personality as him and I were laughing a majority of the time. I will be going back to ask for him! I also got a pedicure, I can't remember which package one i got but it was with a 10 min massage and paraffin wax which was nice but the girl I got for my pedicure hadn't done that yet so she was learning so it okay, but it wasnt A1. I did have to ask her to apply more pressure a few times because she was being very gentle. However, she was a sweetheart and as soon as I said something she was happy to fix it and overall the pedicure was great and my toes came out cute too! I would def recommend! read more

Lovey Experience First time at Best Nails and Spa yesterday, and I would highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and competent. Diane gave me a relaxing and thorough pedicure (the fresh grapefruit was a nice touch!), and made my toes look pretty. She then proceeded to give me a gel manicure that exceeded expectations. Reasonable pricing in a cozy salon with a neighborhood feel... creative and talented technicians. What more can you ask for? Make this place your next stop as you prepare for the holidays. read more

This was my favorite nail salon until one of the ladies doing my pedicure responded rudely because I wasn't happy with how she painted my toes and I asked someone else to repaint my nails. Her work looked like a 6 year old painted my toes. I nicely asked if someone else could paint my toes because I wasn't satisfied and she started talking in her native language to the other nail techs ... the nail tech next to her looked at my toes and immediately started removing the polish. She redid the polish and I was happy with her work but I have never been back ... this was one of the reasons but the main reason is that during this visit I saw a baby roach crawling by my shoe. When I grabbed my shoes and told the tech( the same rude tech who did a horrible job painting my toes) to kill it she looked at me as if I was overreacting!!!! That was the first time I'd ever seen a roach in a nail salon and I was not taking a chance of one catching a ride home with me so I knew I'd never go back!! The owner is a great guy but employees can have a good or bad impact on business.. read more

I will never go to another nail salon! This review is a bit late but it needs to be written! I took my sister here for a girls' day as a Christmas present to her, and she and I both had an incredible experience! Son and Vincent did an absolutely beautiful job on our nails and demonstrated artistry and so much skill in their work! Not only were our nails beautiful, but the atmosphere of the salon is wonderful too. My sister has very high anxiety, so she finds it difficult to sit still for long periods of time. Vincent had her chatting and laughing so much that it completely took her mind off the fact that she was stationary, and before she knew it he was finished with her nails! Both of our acrylic manicures lasted a few weeks without falling off. I eventually took mine off because my natural nail was growing too quickly, but the quality of the nail job I got was fantastic and didn't get scratched up at all! read more

I called the night before and got an appointment for 10am the next day. I walked in and the lovely receptionist helped me check in and seated me, it was my first time. I wanted to have my old dip removed and then get a full set of dip nails. My nail tech was Lyly. She was so great, she let me zone out and watch the nail tutorials on the tv. They were clean and my nails came out pretty good! The chairs are comfortable and they have and endless selection of colors which is a huge plus. From what I can see they do alot of nail art and I'm so interested in going back to do something really fun! read more

5/12/23 I originally went in for just a pedicure, but then eventually decided to get a full set as well. Frank did my nails with a beautiful pink powder and I was very pleased with the customer service. 5/14/23 Fast foward two days later and my nails are already lifting from the cuticle. I'm not please at all anymore due to my nails lifting, I called and was told to call back the next day to see if I can get it fixed. I don't think my nails should be lifting no matter how hard or soft I've been with my hands this is truly ridiculous for how much I spent on just a full set Plus a tip. read more

When you walk out you will leave having had a great experience and fantastic nails! I always see Frank who does the most amazing work. I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 1/2 years now. There are salons closer to home but not as good. They are always super friendly, clean and listen to what you want. Many times I've come in with just a picture for an idea and it's done. If your nails don't meet your expectations let them know and they'll fix it right then and there. That's only happened to me once but they fixed it with no problems or attitude and even agreed with me. I usually go for fills and a pedicure and leave feeling much better than when I came in. Also, if your into nail art this definitely is the salon to go to. read more

I went to Kai at the nail salon today (9/23) to get a basic short acrylic full set. Everything was going good until the application started. When he first started he had to restart because he said that he wasn't used to the acrylic powder and didn't like it. Once he finished both hands he began to file and buff and it seemed like he was fixing his mistakes. At this time I changed my style and color because I was scared that he was going to mess it up. During this entire process of him doing my nails he was shaking pretty bad. I don't recommend you go to him because he doesn't know how to probably do nails my set is so bumpy and uneven and the polish doesn't cover my nails. read more

First of all, I'd like to point out that tipping is out of generosity and should NOT be expected, especially when you're paying over $120 for a full set and a basic pedicure ( no add ons, literally the cheapest pedicure and $15 extra for gel!) This is the first time I haven't tipped when getting my nails done and I could tell the people checking me out were pissed off. You're not entitled to a tip. read more

I came here after hearing great things about this salon and following them on Instagram for a while. I never wanted to make the 30 minute drive just to get my nails done. I had a free day and decided to make the drive. It was well worth it! Nail techs here are SO friendly, funny and caring. My friend and I had a specific image in our head of what we wanted our nails to look like and they did it perfectly! They are amazing at designs and details. I mean come on, a tiny little playboy bunny on a nail?? And they did it perfectly!! I accidentally smudged the design right before I put my hand in the nail dryer, and the nail tech was so nice about fixing it. At other nail salons, they usually have an attitude when you ask them to fix a mistake. Here, they are super accommodating and sweet. Even if they are far from you, make the drive!! You will not be disappointed. read more

Omg I found my nail salon!! I've been in Arizona for 3 years and hadn't found a salon that was so great but this was. I drive from surprise to here. I'd do it again in a heart beat. Frank I believe his name was did an amazing job. I mean wow. So many comments on them I love them. I'm very picky with how they look and how they are shaped and my mind was blown. Prices are decent my eye brows are on point and my pedi was great. Not a fan of the color but that's on me I chose it. read more

I went here alittle before 6:00p on Friday evening. My friend who is a guy got a $45 pedicure that only lasted about 20-25mins. They skipped the 10min. massage. I wanted to get new gel put in my nails & a design. I was told over & over They DONT do designs ONLY one color. I even showed a picture of a French manicure & asked if They could do black instead of white & a silver/gray line behind the black,I was told ONLY one color. As I am sitting there the customers on either side of me were getting pretty detailed designs. One was getting a design free handed & the other customer stones applied in different designs on ea. nail. It had been a long day so I got my one color & left. After I got home I realized They are so sharp on the corners it hurts myself & others to be touched. I feel like it was a waste of $118 plus my friends tip. I work hard for my money seldom do I even get my nails done & now I know why. If the employee that was going to do my nails did not know how to do designs and there was no one else available that's what should've been said so I could make a decision if I wanted to come back another time. I have noticed They are super flimsy as well, I feel like I am about to tear Them when I use my nails throughout my day. Lady filed my skin too hard on both of my middle fingers. They were bleeding and hurt so bad!! I couldn't even do dishes or anything. Like how does this even happen?. Also the nails look awful and didn't paint them all the way. The edges are all chipped. Literally got them done 2 days ago. How can they let me walk out with nails like this? Won't be returning EDIT: Day 6 and the nails are chipping even more. I called a couple days ago and they told me to come in to fix them but I haven't had time to go in. read more

This nail salon used to be great, in the last few visits I have been unhappy. First of all prices continue to go up every time I visit, which is every few weeks. This last visit the lady said it was a 4 dollar charge for using my card which has never happened before and I couldn't get the stamps on my card if I used my debit card. You get a stamp every visit and 10 dollars off once its filled. At first she didn't even want to honor me the ten off since one of my cards was filled. Making up new rules and excuses, the whole problem was she saw cash in my hand and wanted me to use it!!! A business wanting more cash transactions and forcing a client pay cash sounds fishy... I won't be returning that was the last draw. The also re-use a lot of stuff on pedicure making it very unsanitary! Be careful guys and make sure you get prices before you start a service!! read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a high rated nail salon... on to yelp I went and found more than I expected. Just my initial interaction was full of great customer service and that was just asking about the nail services. Today, Tammy, Damon and Mai as well as Dana are truly the best!!! They honor and respect you as a customer and truthfully, I could have stayed there all day! I had a ball!!! The service is 10 star!!! I highly recommend them and if you stay on the other side of the valley, I believe the drive to them is well worth it! This is my new place for nails and other services, they are super nice, friendly, respectful, creative, courteous and most importantly professional!!! I love them! The 7 day warranty on the work they do is Bomb!!! read more

I absolutely love this place, from the first time I went with a younger handsome gentlemen who did a phenomenal job to each person I've had since! It's wonderful when you have a whole salon full of amazing workers and not just one or two! This design was by Tracy last week! She was not only so sweet but she made sure her work was perfect and detailed !!! I love this design so much I couldn't stop staring at all the jewels! I definitely recommend this salon for anyone looking I drive all the way from anthem here and the drive is worth it, I wouldn't go anywhere else read more

This use to be my favorite place till I started having my finger nails turn green and my nails have been getting a lot of lifting mind you it would be a fresh set it's a waste of my time and money. I like to give people second chances and I did and I felt so uncomfortable I can tell the nail tech was mad if that was the attitude I was going to receive I wouldn't have gone back it seem like he had intentions on cutting me with his drill after I told him I felt uncomfortable with the speed of his drill. Not to mention he was trying to taking my nails off incorrectly he just wanted to rip them off with another fake nail tip please that is not the way to take acrylic nails off I had to say ouch and tell him to soak my nails when he should've did that from the beginning . The pedicures are good but I do notice that files should only be used for a single use not in every one over and over and the cheese grater needs to go a single use pumice for each person would be much more sanitary. I have never had an issue with the owner directly it's just the employee that did my nails I was so uncomfortable to come back that I paid a different salon to remove my nails and found out my nails were green. read more

I live in Scottsdale and had recently started going to their new location in Scottsdale, Blush Me Beauty Bar. Mia had been doing my nails and despite always being late to my appts and a boatload of excuses and listening to her bad mouth previous employees for an hour she did a did such a great job that it was worth the hour of uncomfortable conversation. So when I learned that the new Scottsdale location had closed down (or was under new management) and Mia had gone back to the Phoenix location (Best Nails), I decided it was worth the 30 minute drive to follow her. So this past Friday, I made a 12pm appt with her. I got there at 12 and she was with a client. No biggie, I get running a few minutes behind schedule. 12:15, client is still there. 12:30, client still there and ZERO communication from her despite making eye contact a few times. 12:40: I'm getting super irritated but see that client is leaving. 12:45: client has left and I'm still waiting while Mia walks around and cleans her station! Still NO communication or apology! 12:50, Mia no where in sight and I'm still waiting!! 1:05, I decide to leave!! I tell the receptionist that my appt was over an hour ago (keep in mind, I was told Mia had a 1pm appt when I made my appt). She says, "are you sure Mia is almost done"! I don't even know where Mia is at this point as she's no longer at her station and she never had the courtesy to update or communicate with me! I told the receptionist I had already waited over an hour and was leaving . She said, "ok, I'm sorry!" I was super irritated considering I drove from Scottsdale to see this lady. Terrible terrible customer service!!' I won't be going back to her or this location. Not surprised at all the Scottsdale location shut down. Poorly managed...as is the Phoenix location. read more

My sister and I used to religiously come to this place for a year and a few months now, but they always get us in SO late even though we have appointments. we've had to wait an hour and sometimes more! As a business, you cant take walk-ins AND appointments because the nail techs will take a client 20 minutes before their appointment (which theyve done to us multiple times). The nail techs also flip flop their clients so you end uo having 2 or even 3 nail techs work on your Also, the women who do the pedicures don't even care about your comfort and truly cleaning your feet. If you suggest something for them to fix, they will sit there and argue with you. My sister asked one of the ladies to recut her toes because they werent even & the nail tech literally argued back with her & still didnt make her toe nails even. My sister also wanted cow print on her big toe, and her AND my nail tech said they couldnt do designs, and instead of bringing someone over that knew how, they just kept telling her she cant get it. Damon also posts on his instagram that practically all nail techs there know how to do designs, but thats really not true considering they couldn't do simple cow print. This nail salon would rather get everyone in and spend little time on their work, than make appointments, stick to them, and bond with their clients. My sister and I will not be returning, which is disappointing since we've been going there for so long, and since most of my friends now go there because i spoke so highly of this salon. read more

After going to many different salons and walking away dissatisfied, my quest began, again, for a nail salon that has it all. Most newer nail salons have become the "fast food" of the nail industry. With high volume, quick turn out and sub standard services. If all you want are a set of quick gel or dipped nails, these types of salons will fit your needs. If you're looking for a relaxing visit, trained technicians with a good knowledge of nail art, then Best Nails deserves your attention. Felt so nice to sit in a huge big chair at an individual tech station instead of a long Hugh bar crowded with clients. I've had a pic on my phone of the nail art design I wanted. It was a design that had to be hand drawn and not just for, dot, dot. The last place where I had my nails done, tech said, oh that takes special tool, can't to that. I settled for a simpler design. They also were pushing nail stamps which is not what I wanted either. My nail tech, Vincent, looked at my design, walked over to the huge "wall of colors" , and matched the design colors spot on. I came in after I had went to another salon who didn't do a great job despite the great reviews. This was my first time going to this salon and I think that they have got a keeper! I went to this salon base on the other comments and photos on google which were great. I showed them this photo to the left to the receptionist to see if this was something they could do and I was seen right away by Larry. He did an amazing job and that means a lot coming from me because I am very picky. He took his time which I appreciate because the experience I have had is that they just want to get you out the door ASAP which I understand but slow and stead + diligent work = a better tip. He had me check his work each step of the way to make sure I like them. This was my first time getting almond nails and I love them!!! The receptionist was really nice. The salon was very clean. They also had cute little princess pedicure chairs for girls the the back. They had a snack machine, ATM and a sign in computer. read more

Oh my GOSH. I am at a loss for words. I've never been to a better salon than this one. I got my pedicure done by Mai (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) and she was Fantastic! She took her time with the French tips. She made sure that all of the lines for the white tips matched perfectly, and asked me repeatedly if I liked it. Next, I went to Tammy for my set of acrylic nails. I went with a pink to white ombre With a coffin style nail. The nails came out fabulously. She understood that I had small nails to begin with so she made sure not to make the acrylic nails too thin so they wouldn't break. The overall appearance of the interior of the nail salon is very professional and calm. The ceiling had clouds painted on it with little chandeliers hanging down. I also really enjoyed the options for the spa pedicures, there were even options for different scents! I will definitely be going back to this nail salon. I have gone to several nail salons in the past and this is hands down the best. Everyone that I have met is kind and professional, the prices are by far the best deal for the service and product that you're getting, and the salon is always clean. I have never had a complaint when coming to Best Nails & Spa. Frank is always my go to guy when he has an appointment available. He not only educated me on the short cuts that other salons like to take with the SNS/dip nails, but is also beyond creative when it comes to nail designs. I know that I am always going to get an honest opinion on what will look the best for my nails. I have never had to ask him to refile or correct the shape or have to go back in to have an error corrected. Every time I come in, I receive flawless nails and outstanding customer service. I have been following Mai for many years no matter what nail salon she works for, I'm there. She is professional, nice and does a exceptional job with your nails inclusive of pedicures. She truly does care about providing you with the best service and outstanding final outcome with your nails. I have never been disappointed with her as my nail tech. This nail spa is clean, friendly staff and a very nice atmosphere. The nail techs do their best to speak your language and understand your needs. The owner is outstanding and has a good group of employees who all provide good nail service. You must try this nail salon at least once. I can guarantee, you will return again and again. Prices are comparable to most other nail shops. You definitely get your moneys worth at Best Nails & Spa. They offer a punch card so with each visit you work towards money off on a returning visit. I'd just like to say thank you to Daisy and the rest of the team that did our nails today. I have been coming to this establishment for roughly 3 years on and off now, I thought I had already left a review but I guess I haven't, so this is well overdue. They're extremely professional, very nice, and very attentive / thorough. As well as keeping their establishment clean and tidy. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this business, they do their job and they do it very well. I would highly recommend them whether it be manicure, pedicure, full set, or even going extravagant because some of us like that little bit of extra glam. So if you're looking for somewhere new to get your nails done I would highly suggest looking into Best Nails&Spa. I'm extremely happy that I did. So I went in about a week ago and had my nails done with The lady that did my nails I don't think she knew what she was doing she was new or something because she put the wrong powder on my nails and made them all thick and crooked.. anyways the manager intervened and he took care of me he redid some of them and I was pretty happy with the end results when he finished two days went by and three of them had already broke I've had the gel dip for six months plus now and never experienced any breakage so I went in and they fixed the three nails.. not even a week went by and most of my nails are broken or chipped now I paid $60 and I work hard for my money like everybody else and for them to break or chipping away is not satisfactory I am really unhappy and I probably will never go back to this place again... Laaadddiiiieeeessss when I tell you Mia is heaven sent!!! I have been searching far and wide (literally all over the valley) for someone who can just give my acrylics the TLC they deserve!! I heard about Mia through a friend who's nails she'd brought back to life so I made my appointment. I figured I've ran through so many nail techs what's one more; I have nothing to lose. The moment I saw her I felt welcomed. Her energy was inviting and right off the bat I could tell she was an expert at her craft. Mia started doing her thing, and I immediately knew I was going to loveeeee her work. The shape is exactly what I wanted! My nails have crisp clean edges, the shaping is smooth and even, my ombré is is flawlessly done....and let me mention the shape one more time because we all know that's important, perfectionnnn. This shop does amazing work, but there is zero consistency with pricing. I went in a couple months ago to get a fill. I keep my nails really short and usually get a small design on them. I was charged $60 which is reasonable for the quality of work. I went in a few days ago to get the same thing done, with almost the same design just a different color, and was charged $90. It was more than it cost me to originally get the set put on. The same visit I got the $55 pedicure with nothing added and was charged $60, plus a non-cash fee so my $55 pedicure was now $72. Like I said, they do amazing work, but it seems each nail tech just picks the price they want to charge and there isn't any consistency, and they don't match the prices on the website. read more

I'm so glad I started going to Best Nails & Spa, they never disappoint. I started coming here in january because I was no longer satisfied with my old nail salon. Best decision I've made. Every time I've gone I always leave with a huge smile on my face because not only are the people there extremely talented but they are all also really really nice. This time Tony did my nails & he did an incredible job. He took his time & made sure that each nail was perfect before moving on to the next one. He also made sure that I was okay & satisfied with my nails the entire time. Literally each time I've gone, I leave extremely satisfied with my nails. I'm so glad I found this place. :) read more

Still in search of the most caring and on-point place for a mani-pedi. I have never had such a painful pedi in my life!! My legs and feet are still burning from the overheated paraffin application and my toes feel they should be bleeding from the forceful nail digging and clipping of cuticles.. totally unnecessary, as I only had a pedi 4 weeks ago and wear socks and covered toe fabric runners 90% of the time, and barefoot on carpet the rest. My fingernails look a tad better than if I did them myself. And the cost was 50 above the last salon who at least didn't hurt me. Won't be back nor recommend, sorry. read more

I love this salon . I've searched all over the Phoenix area for a nail artist and have never been able to find one until I came here . Damon is AMAZING and I will never go anywhere else . This place has quality work and they accept you and treat you like family . Hands down the best customer service . Some people expect a lot of work for a super low price but these artists at this salon take pride in their work and are passionate about it and honestly can do any design you bring to them , that's worth the price . I've been getting my nails done here for a couple of years and I would like to say that this is the best salon in Phoenix. Today Frank was the one who took care of my nails and I first I showed him a picture he recommended something not only did he make it come to life but he even improved it and you could see how passionate he is about his work through the art that he creates I appreciate it so much he was phenomenal I just can't stop raving about how good this place is and everybody there! This was the first nail salon I've been to in Arizona that showed nothing short of perfection! Ask for Mia, she is phenomenal! If you want someone who can create a masterpiece on you nails AND make you laugh, she is your girl. She made me feel so comfortable my first visit and is really down to earth. She is usually booked up so definitely schedule an appointment. She doesn't just do nails either. She specializes in eye lash extensions, eyebrow waxing, and nails. Amazing experience overall! I was looking for a salon to book a last minute full set with nail art, which I was anticipating to be somewhat difficult. After calling I found out they are first come first serve on sundays, which was perfect for me! I went in somewhat unsure of what exactly I wanted, but Frankie was so patient with me and helped me settle on a design/ shape/ length that I ended up absolutely loving! If you want great service and quality work. This is definitely the place to try next ! I would refer anyone to Best Nails. I actually walked in at 6:18 and they did not even turn me away. They were happy to do a pedi and a full set which takes time and effort. They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased! Customer service was above and beyond here!!!! BEST Nails definitely lives up to its name. I have been going to this establishment for six months and am totally impressed with the customer service and professionalism of staff. MIA is my preferred nail technician and my nails have never looked so good. She does an excellent job with the "dipping" process.
