Then I decided to do some research on my own on how I could get the help I needed to succeed in my weight loss battle. I decided to meet with Mark and Christina at the North Texas Clinical Weight Loss Center. I immediately felt relaxed and ready to take on this new adventure. They both explained everything in detail, to help me understand the tools I needed to get started. Christina has been a patient herself and lost over 50lbs and has kept it off. This made me want to be just as successful as she was. I jumped right in and started my journey on October 31st. As Mark would say "The Holiday's start on Halloween." I lost weight so quickly! In the first week I was down 7 lbs. I loved that I had tons of food choices and I was never hungry. The key is to count, count, count those calories and stick to your calorie budget! That combined with drinking TONS of water will get rid of those unwanted pounds. It has now been 5 & 1/2 months since I joined the clinic and I have lost 61 lbs! Now I feel great about myself and I can't wait to go shopping for a new wardrobe. My Husband says he feels like we are dating again. I get so many compliments and everyone wants to know how I did it. He's very contemporary and up to date on the latest trends and technology in medicine. He's very low key and calm. His staff is very friendly and super helpful in all things from making appts over the phone to discussing your insurance benefits so you understand them. I know they have other practitioners (chiropractic care is available) but I've only seen the doctor. I can't really complain about that. Oh and they have a CRYO chamber.
