The quotes came back at $1000 with the possibility of up to an additional $400 if they had to replace decking, $2500 and $4000. After getting all the quotes I called back the provider of the cheapest quote to make sure they were quoting the same work, which they assured they were. I don't always go with the least expensive quote but in this case I thought they understood the roof problem and were more than qualified to do the job well. I'm glad I did. The roofer I went with was Felix Sapienza. They told me they would be out in two weeks to do the job and that's exactly when they did. The whole crew couldn't have been more friendly and I learned that Bryan, Felix's son is my neighbor. They did an excellent job I would highly recommend them anytime. By the way, the bill ended up being $1000 and the decking was all in good shape. How often does that happen that you get a quote with a range and it ends up being the least. Not often these days.

Prices are OK, but I found a place that is as cheap for better quality material. PLEASE READ ENTIRELY. My wife and designer wanted LVP flooring only (we needed waterproof flooring because of pets) and dealt with Barbara. They picked out a color and the price was good (we even got a cash discount). We purchased in March 2025 and they knew we were not starting the remodel until August and agreed to hold the 2 pallets of flooring. A few weeks later we were told that we had to take the flooring because they were moving locations and wouldn't have storage space. We were able to pick it up and store it. She also told us that she thought that it came with a backing/barrier, but it did not. She was going to sell us the backing separately "at cost'" but our GC told us he would take care of it. We came to find out that LVP usually (if not always had a backing for quality installation and that laminate often does not. When we finally got to the install (we had our own GC and installers) they told us it was not waterproof, but water-resistant, and was not LVP, but was laminate. My designer spoke with Barbara who told us that what we received was waterproof, even though it says different "Water Resistant" on the boxes. She refused to take them back (even with a 35% restocking fee) and told us she didn't even sell LVP. We found an amazing flooring site that was able to come to the house, provide samples, give pricing, and produced amazing waterproof LVP for about the same price as the laminate. *******Only because of the poor service and terrible customer care, if you want the contact information for a much better flooring store, leave a review and I will post something on this site.

It involved fixing a problem where the structure was attached to the house.. John sent Ray and Crew over and they made quick work of R&Ring the old structure and re-installing basically a new room..new roof..new gutters..even new screening all around..and at a very reasonable price. I had gotten a notice from my HOA that it was time to do the roof cleaning and thought that a…read moreshingle roof could not be cleaned. Well, it cannot be pressure cleaned but it can be no-pressure washed with a chlorine like chemical. My roof is clean now but there were a lot more shingle pebbles that came down through my gutters than what I expected. There are also more that come down with each rain storm. I don't seem to have any problems with the quality of of the work done and I would definitely call this company again. They gave a good estimate and were able to be paid easily. The whole cleaning took only a few hours and it also did not bother any of my landscape. They are licensed and insured which is important when someone climbs on the roof and is working with water and electricity.
