DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Scammed me an addtional fee of $200 when they showed up for a larger kitched and addtional space which was then never actually cleaned at all. Left dust and cobwebs things uncleaned said they would come back and correct then showed up at 4pm on a saturday afternnoon and left shortly after not cleaning anything and leaving mhy house unlocked and lights on. I went back Sunday to check and the cleaner showed up saw my car in the driveway and jetted!!! Emailed back and forth trying to get a decent refund for all the addtional time money and effort i spent getting the place sorted and have got nothing. Sent them through to consumer affairs and sounds like i'm not the only one thats had issues with them. These guys are an absolute scam.!!! read more

These guys are an absolute scam. I ended up cleaning the carpet and finishing the job myself. After calling at least 20 times for a refund and emailing, they just transfer, put you on hold and hang up on you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

If i could give this company less than 1 start i would. The entire experience was one horrible, unprofessional, stress-inducing mess. Our bond clean was scheduled for 8am on a Monday. We were due to hand the keys back early the next day - I had stressed the importance of this to the manager the week before hand. I made my way over to the unit at around 2pm that Monday afternoon to check over the place/ pick up the keys only to find that NOTHING had been cleaned. The entire house was untouched and the cleaner was standing in the kitchen without any equipment playing on his phone. After offering no explanation as to why he was late he told me that the walls were too dirty (there were some light marks) and that he would try his best but that he could not guarantee anything. He asked me to confirm this by text in order to void any obligations he would have in coming back to re-clean anything. 2 hours after leaving him to start work I received a text message from the cleaner saying that he had a headache and that he had to leave. He asked if he could finish the job the following day and promised to have it completed by 12. I called management who assured me that the bond clean, carpet clean and pest spray would all be done by 12noon on the Tuesday. When I called to check on this the following day at 12.30pm the carpet clean and pest spray had not been done. When they finally finished at 3.30pm I went to the apartment to pick up the keys only to find that the clean that was done was subpar at best. There were dirty puddles of water all over the floor and it appeared that they had not attempted to clean the walls at all. Our real-estate took one look at the unit and demanded that it be clean again from top to bottom - She is it was one of the worst bond cleans she has ever seen and that absolutely no care had been taken. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! read more

These cleaners are associated with wish Cleaning. They are a complete fraud an I believe they are based in India. I know this cuz they hired me to do a bond clean. There were immediate red flags with this company, from exceptionally cheap bond cleans and advising me not to clean mould of ceilings and clean walls marked. As a professional I ignored them an cleaned it anyway because I know a bond won't be returned to the client if it's not cleaned. Another red flag they demanded payment from the client the minute I started. U never ever pay a bond cleaner until the job is done an U inspect the property.. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE! I had to learn the hard way. They will attive late, or even on the wrong day. They "accidently" damaged properyy at my house and promised to pay for it. I had booked my bond clean with Cheap Bond Cleaning Brisbane this Monday. They came in very short notice. Initially we were happy with the cleaning but our real estate came up with some cleaning issues. We contacted to cheap bond again as they provide 7 days of job guarantee. They sent their cleaners on next morning and they rectified all the issues. That's how we got our bond money back. Thank you cheap bond team for your service. read more

Completely did not show up for the job for carpet cleaning and pest control. Paid deposit. Do not use these cleaners! They work under the names - Best bond cleaners , as well as Wishclean, and CBCG. This is because: The booking was made through Best Bond Cleaners; Disputes seemingly have to go through CBCG; and Tax Invoice came from Wishclean. They make you pay a deposit or pay in full in advance and don't show up. read more

The worst cleaning company i have ever dealt with. Cleaner damaged electric stove while cleaning and caused short circuit at my house. I had called company many times to organised an electrician to find out issues and get power on again. They ignored me even cleaner called on my number and blamed me it was my mistake. Not recommended at all to anyone. Thanks heaps guys hope never do business again with you. read more
