To all homeowners, DO NOT TRY THIS COMPANY!! They will hire a bunch of non-licensed subcontractors to do most of their job, and they will ask you for additional money to cover their pays to those subcontractors. Nothing was done right, water heater with no hot water, installed brand new AC with no cold air coming out, all new windows with cracks all around, they use different paint to paint over a patched wall, they broke our brand new toilet's flush handle and replaced with the cheapest one they can find at a local hardware store, a pocket door that will close half way. Worst of all, they will ask their clients to take a tour at your house when you are not around or at work so those clients can see their work. Of course, they unlock the door first. We didn't know until one day, my mother-in-law told us that they bumped into a couple of strangers inside of our house and those strangers told them the contractor gave them our address so they can see what a nice work they have done on our house. We will file a complaint to the state board, hoping that they can stop this company before they start another nightmare to innocent homeowners! read more

Worst contractor, don't try. I have a judgement against this general contractor. They try to use low estimates to get bid, then intent to delay project unless you pay much more. They asked. $40,000 more on my project and other contractor did under $4000. Not reliable, bad quality, never done one thing right, breach contract, worst worst company. After 3 months, the contractor still has not paid. I file complaint on California state license board and suspend their license. The contractor paid me every cent including judgment interest and expenses to lift the suspension. read more

Absolutely no star.... I have to give one is because I cannot post this without a rating. This contractor is unbelievable!!! His craftsmanship is really bad. He doesn't know how to prep the walls before painting and it is lumpy. My mom asked about it and his reasoning is that it is an old wall.....BS!!! His paint job is so bad that he asked a friend to help. My mom told his friend that the color of the paint is incorrect, so he mentioned it to the contractor. The contractor actually told his friend to just mix it with something to get close to what we are looking for. Luckily, his friend said no and he helped us buy the right paint and finish the job. His friend told us that the contractor had this problem before with another house. The owner was about to sue him and that is when his friend stepped in and finish the job. There are other issues that I can't write all of them. He did not do a single thing correct and finally, we fired him!!! Please take this review seriously....we are not kidding about this contractor. Not ethical.... not responsible.... no skills..... Stay away!!!! read more
