She'll help you find your way and you'll be there in no time. The HR department has various people ready to help you. I have yet to spend more than fifteen minutes in the office and am greeted almost immediately. If only every public institution could be as efficient as the BCSD HR office. Well done staff!

They bus kids in from all over the place for the Magnet, but the wait list is long, so sign up early (like seriously at birth) to ensure your kid a spot. My daughter did Transitional kinder here with Mrs. Furr, and this year tested at 2nd grade level in reading and 1st grade level in math. Last year I would pick her up from Magnet and she would teach me all about bats, snakes, the water cycle, insects, you name it. It was wonderful to pick her up everyday and see the happiness on her face. The teachers and staff really love the kids and care about their education and development. I can't say enough good things about the school. It is a wonderful and safe place to educate your child and I recommend it highly.

A lot of fights happened on the 3rd day of school there was a fight. The last week of school there were about 3 fights.so think about it before you send your kid here.
