I was then immediately taken to the photo area for passports and had my picture taken. It only took a minute or two for them to be printed out and given to me in a nice envelope specifically made for them. I will definitely be keeping my membership. I've done my license renewal here as well as used their towing. Great value for the membership fee.

I swear to God this was like some demented Glengarry Glen Ross fantasy. No matter what I said he just kept pressuring me to give him all of the details of my new policy so he could try to undercut the policy and other personal information that is not needed to cancel a policy. Now he is stalling on cancelling the policy hoping it will go into effect and I will have to pay the first installment. Good luck with that, I'll take the hit on a credit report. I am not calling Malcolm pompous, like the other reviewer did, but I am certainly not disagreeing with the other reviewer either. All he does is bad mouth the other insurance company claiming they don't know what they are doing. Well they valued my property higher and charged me $500 less for better coverage. Of course Malcolm wants to compare apples to apples, so he can remove all the non requested coverage's that were added to my policy over the years so he can beat their price.

I started with auto insurance and due to a series of unfortunate run-ins (literally) with other drivers, I've been in over 15 auto accidents. The first was my fault and every other one was the other driver. Seriously! Who else do you know who's been rear ended THREE times while at a complete stop? Trudy and Linda and now Trish help me with the rental and the accident report and the other guys insurance company and all the other crap that goes along with an accident. One time my fuel tank got pierced by a metal rod on the highway. I had the fire department there and my car was spewing a full tank of gas all over the breakdown lane. When I called to tell them what happened (my second call after AAA) Trish even came and got me and brought me to work. How awesome is that?!?! When I bought my house, I went to them for my homeowners insurance. They work hard to make sure you get the best deal around as far as pricing is concerned.
