Every time I take my kids there we have to go back multiple times because they refuse to do…read morenecessary test. My son earlier last year had a terrible cough that we had to go back 3X for. Finally at the last visit we asked if there was test we could run because it seemed more severe than an upper respiratory infection. They ran a test and after a two months of wondering what was going on he tested positive for whooping cough. This is only on example of many times we have had similar issues.

I got a bill for "Baby Spalding" which I thought was a scam. I contacted his office eventually but his front office staff basically said tuff luck and wouldn't even allow me to speak to the doctor about the mishap. I offered to pay half the bill, but my portion would have been much less than that if they filed insurance. Nope, no contact, ever. Then I get a notice from GLA because they sent it to collection. I'm going to pay it but he'll get to have this review since he and his staff refused to take any share of the responsibility.

Godly or Greedy?!? My experience with this place wasn't great. My children are healthy so we only…read morego once a year for wellness visits. Last year I took my daughter for her wellness visit and she needed to update immunizations but because we were there for wellness they couldn't do it. This year I took my son for his wellness visit and she decided to bill us for counseling after we told her we already pay for a therapist weekly. She wasn't willing to work with us and I don't appreciate doctor office adding codes on bills without discussing first. I wouldn't trust this office. We will not be back!
