I reached out to Rebecca regarding a property that was on the market for 8 months and barely received a response. I submitted a letter of intent and proof of fund without out a response. After several calls and emails she finally answered said the offer was low. I submitted a new letter of intent but she never engaged in a counter offer. I even submitted a full ask letter of intent in March and still not a single response and it is April 18th. I own property in several states and never had this poor of service. I hope the property owner finds a new agent. Buyer Beware!!
