He used non-sterile gauze pads from a drawer and iodine straight from a bottle as if sterile swabsticks don't exist. Dr Peters has never provided me with a Good Faith Estimate for the supplies or services which is unethical. Furthermore, he has repeatedly refused my attempts to pay my copayments by a credit card and stated that all supplies are covered by my insurance. However once I switched to another doctor, Dr Peters immediately sent me a bill for all copays at once payable upon receipt no less. This was followed by another bill from a third party for the supplies that the doctor previously stated covered by my insurance. The timing of both bills is peculiar. I paid both bills. I am glad that I'm not seeing this doctor anymore and don't recommend him to anyone. Don't fall for the convenience of a walk-in day on Tuesdays, you'll end up paying more than you think and have your credit messed up. Not to mention your healthcare. #ankleandfootwalkinclinic

After I had received less than…read moreterrible care from my, at that time, primary care MD, I developed a horrid open wound on my right calf. I ended up at Ahuja MC . Dr Oltmann worked with me for 3 or so years. I have a total knee and hip in my right leg so wound infection could have resulted, at the worst, implant infection and amputation. Dr. Oltmann worked diligently and after a time I'm now completely healed with my leg intact. I thank God for Dr. Oltmann. She is excellent!! The staff at the 3 outpatient clinics I went to were all wonderful...kind and caring. I was blessed!

I have really flat, wide feet that just hurts so much after walking a bit or standing for a while. The office is right by a hair salon and a nice diner (with awesome cake), parking on the back-. The office looks small in the front but it's really long, so you'd be surprised. It was clean, and the staff were very friendly. The doctor was really attentive to all my concerns and was willing to help me and seemed to truly care about my well-being. Dr. Portnow was able to fit me into some awesome orthotics that were molded so it was customized to my arch, and I must say, it's working really well. I'd totally go to Dr. Portnow again if I have other concerns with my feet. :) (They also seem to have another location at Shaker hts.)
