He was calm, cool & collected and got me on the mend and back home. At my follow-up, he suggested an allergist. It's terrible and so greedy and rude. In addition, the "dry eye specialist " Dr Brandow doesn't remember from one appointment to the next so you may get a completely different experience each time with different recommendations. At one point she put me on a very expensive dry eye medication and called in 4 months worth. Then she told me to stop taking them! So I have almost the full 4 months worth sitting in my medicine cabinet for over a year. What a waste of time and my copay money!!
