Came here twice during my stay in Boston, MA! I enjoyed a cappuccino with a chocolate chip cookie on day one and on our second visit I enjoyed a drip coffee , a sausage breakfast sandwich and another delicious chocolate chip cookie. This small business feels like home, employees are kind ans attentive. Overall the space is nice and cozy to sit in while enjoying the busy streets of Boston in the morning:)

We came here for brunch one morning while in town. It was a cute and quiet little café that's kind of tucked away. The place had a very homey and quaint feel to it. Food was fairly decent. I got the chicken burrito panini, which was fairly good. Service was pretty quick and friendly. I would say the vibe and atmosphere is what makes this place. It has a small town diner vibe in a city if that makes sense.

Amazing food!. Was staying at the hotel next door, decided to try before my flight. Ordered the salmon on plain bagel and bacon, egg and cheese on sesame. I was thoroughly impressed. If im ever in the area, this will be my stop! Workers actually care about your satisfaction. Very friendly staff and great environment to catch a bite.

Fantastic food and vibe. Have worked in area for 4 years, went here for the first time yesterday, got an ice coffee. Went back today and had the Savory Bowl, it is fantastic. The staff is very welcoming, the space is super comfortable, all low key but clean and fun. Will definitely be back!

Shallot mayo. Need I say more? Cozy, frugal, simple, memorable, customizable. It's easier to order in person but online has good selection as well. The service is friendly and fast.

I tried the smash burger salad minus pickles and chips on my first visit and on the second visit was gonna do the same but I was in the mood for something sweet and went with the American breakfast. The salad was so good! Full of flavor and humongous! The only issue I had was the amount of red onions they put on it. I'm a fan of red onions but it was over powering. Aside from that no complaints. The American breakfast was also tasty, I was shocked by the size they gave so much food. The star of the meal was the French toast! I am not a huge French toast fan and often steer clear because most people can't get it right, but this was by far the best French toast I've ever had. Perfectly fried and full of flavor. If you are a fan of French toast you gotta try theirs you won't be disappointed.

As we walked in, we were met with the great aroma of coffee and baked goods. The place was very busy and there were a lot of staff moving around and customers having conversations or in line to order take out. We tried their tiramisu that was one of the bests I've ever tried. We also ordered their pistachio martini that was a super treat as it also had pistachio gelato. Our party of 9 chose this cafe as a convenient midpoint location and had a terrible experience recently, which is why I'm updating my prior review. When about 2/3 of the group had arrived, we asked if we could be seated. The woman we asked said yes and started putting two tables together. While another woman was bringing chairs over, an angry male server who was not involved at all, suddenly began having an aggressive outburst that made very little sense to us. Even if we didn't fully understand what he was saying, the nonverbal communication was clear enough. Our group felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, so we left immediately. I don't know what their internal rules are about seating, but offending customers should not be one of them. Thankfully we were able to salvage the evening elsewhere, but service here could be a challenge, especially for larger groups. I'm fortunate that the cafes in my own neighborhood are always kind and welcoming, which makes them a joy to support. I'd hope Vittoria could do better in the future, but personally, we are unlikely to try them again.

It is the cutest place ever, from their squirrel mascot, to the fireplace on each floor, to the windows on each end of the rooms that lit the rooms with sunlight, it truly had such a relaxing vibe. I loved the decor and how they converted the house into 4 stories of epic cuteness galore! Each floor had different genres of books, with the top floor (5th) housing the staff only area. The 4th floor has the children's/young adult books and I love how there are so many fun elements there, from the train that goes around the top by the ceiling, to the small red door that I think it just there for decoration? Unless it leads to some magical other part of the building... lol The ground level has a cafe and offers typical cafe food like sandwiches, soups and salads, but I think their specialty is breakfast/brunch items as well as afternoon tea. We wanted to sit down and enjoy a warm drink after our book browsing and were lucky that we were able to get seated right away, as shortly after there were larger parties coming in for brunch. Fully wheelchair accessible with access through the cafe, there is an elevator that will take you to all levels. There is one restroom on the 4th floor that is also accessible.
