The owner of this vacuum shop is absolutely incredible! He fixed my vacuum in literally a split second! I had a vintage Kenmore canister Vacuum that needed repairing, and I thought the issue was a motor component, but it wasn't. It was the fact that the person who had the vacuum before did something incredibly foolish - they modified the plug. The owner and his son resolved the issue for the and the vacuum works like new now! read more

This place is great! Last year, they revived my 35-year-old Bernina sewing machine that the Bernina store told me couldn't be fixed and I needed to replace it. Bergmann's oiled and cleaned it and got it operating. I had a problem with the wheel and took it in this week. Two seconds, and it was fixed as well, with no charge. They have repaired my vacuum cleaners in the past. I would recommend them highly for quick and efficient service. read more

I have an old electrolux vacuum which still works very well. The handle release button broke, making it very difficult to vacuum. I took it to Bergmann's and the kind gentleman wasn't able to get a part but took the time to rig a cord to the cleaner to make it possible to release the handle. I am so pleased with the service and highly recommend this repair shop. read more

Bought a new Shark vacuum cleaner and had it one week before my dear granddaughter, who loves to vacuum, accidentally sucked up the cord, stripping it of the wire casing. To be fair, this vacuum has so much suction I swear it could strip the wallpaper from the walls. Mr. Bergmann was wonderful. He was kind and patient as my 7 yo granddaughter asked him an endless stream of questions. But more to the point, he replaced the cord, gave me a longer cord (without me asking, bless his heart!), at a decent price, and within days.
