The last--and only time--we boarded Lucy, we returned to a thinner, skittish pup, and didn't know what to do for our upcoming vacation when we would be gone for 3 weeks. Susan worked with us to make a plan--she walked Lucy at lunch MWF all of April, MTWRF all of May, so then when it came time for us to leave, Lucy was well familiar w/Susan (and Freddie!). Then Susan stayed in our house during our time away, caring for Lucy as well as our cats, Millie & Charlie. She sent us pix regularly AND watered our plants! We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing everyone was well cared for and in their own home. And when our daughter asked us to come for a visit in Aug, we knew just who to ask! We're so glad to have found Susan! Can't recommend her enough!
