I placed my order. To my surprise my waitress came out with some special welcoming dishes from the chef. Complimented with some lovely bread in a special bag. The dishes were absolutely amazing and so delicious! I knew that I had found the most amazing restaurant within the first 15 minutes of entering Der Unterwirt. The soup I ordered tasted amazing and was simply delicious. The presentation was off the charts. My next order was a spring roll that centered around utilizing carrots. Honestly no words could describe this decadent appetizer! It was in many ways a touch of European and Asian Fusion combined. I loved every second of this dish. My main course was the Wiener schnitzel. I had obviously had Wiener schnitzel before in quite a few restaurants in Austria. This was above par and French fries to compliment my order were amazing!
