I started wearing them in April 2019. and at the end of May 2019. the sole started cracking and it gets worse every time I wear them. I did not even wear them every day. That is why I completely stopped wearing them. I cannot believe that supposedly original pair of shoes from retail Nike store can be of such bad quality. What is the worst is that I live in Serbia and do not know when I will go to Vienna again. I do not know If i can get a replacement. I tried contacting support on nike.com but they were completely useless and they just told me to visit a store. I cannot contact the store and send them the picture of my shoes and speak to them in English, since the only contact option they have is their landline phone number.
