I recently got a prescription from my doctor and I took it to the pharmacy to have it filled. The pharmacy said my insurance wouldn't cover it without a doctor's authorization. I called concord family medicine and they said there was nothing they could do. This is not the case. I called my insurance company and asked them what they needed exactly. They said they needed to concord family medicine to call them. I called concord family medicine and they said there was still nothing they could do. Still attempting to work with them. My fiancé has seen Borrelli for years and until recently he didn't have problems with anyone other than the front desk ladies (who are always rude and have hung up on him and never help him). He has hypogonadism where he has severe depression and anxiety, always in a dreamlike mind state, weight gain, and other symptoms that majorly effect his lifestyle and quality of life due to low testosterone. From ages 20 to like 50 something should be anywhere from 47-240 (roughly not exact numbers) regardless, he is 22 and he had 18. So they did another blood test. The HIGHEST possible amount he has in his body is 121. Ie WHY HES GOING THROUGH ALL THESE HORRIBLE SYMPTOMS. Borrelli said he's fine and he's not gonna help him. My fiancé spoke with Bree in the lab and she set him up for another blood test. He took off work, drove all the way from Warsaw and was told de Borrelli will NOT test him again and he isn't going to help him or refer him to a specialist. The lack of passion for helping their patients in need awes me. Needless to say we're finding him a new pcp.
