Today is 6/18/24 and I still have not closed because this lawyer did prepare the Committee's Deed properly and now I have to wait again to get the Order from Bridgeport Superior Court. He has done nothing to expedite the process of approving the foreclosure sale despite the fact that it was his fault that it has been delayed due to him not preparing the deed correctly.
