Flooding caused by cracked lines, heads not popping up or properly rotating, and coverage areas not appropriately aligned. Tried to fix it myself, but too messy and too many trips back and forth to Lowes and Home Depot for the inevitable wrong parts. Time for help!!! Checked on Yelp and Big League Irrigation stood out. Reviews claimed a 100% call back rate and call back within 20 minutes. That was important to me, and it was ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Vincent was able to work me in the next day, even though it was a Saturday. He came as promised and right on time with his assistant Damien, and they got right to the job. They had all the materials needed and finished the job in under 2 hours, including cleanup. Very happy with the work and the price was very fair. Nothing was working in them, they were buried tubing which had become clogged and squirrel eaten. Aaron gave me a quote for replacing this part of my system with rising sprinklers. They helped me navigate the permitting process for the new water meter, had it connected, and tested it with the town. The second was fixing drainage issues in the yard. Rob walked around the property and was able to determine where to best place catch basins/connect gutters to reduce run-off. The project was completed in two days, and I haven't had drainage issues since! The team is reliable and the work is done to a high standard. I appreciated how they were able to keep much of the grass intact, it was hard to tell where the work was done after a few weeks. They also stand by their work. One of the gutter drainage pipes surfaced slightly after a storm, and the team came back out and re-buried it at no charge.
